And then that evolved"},{"speaker":"Gareth Fisher","startTime":286.74,"endTime":290.97,"body":"with the RSPB taking a bit of"},{"speaker":"Gareth Fisher","startTime":290.97,"endTime":295.5,"body":"the lead. And the idea for the"},{"speaker":"Gareth Fisher","startTime":290.97,"endTime":295.5,"body":"toolkits. Then eventually"},{"speaker":"Gareth Fisher","startTime":295.5,"endTime":298.74,"body":"emerged from those discussions"},{"speaker":"Gareth Fisher","startTime":295.5,"endTime":298.74,"body":"and then following that the"},{"speaker":"Gareth Fisher","startTime":298.74,"endTime":301.86,"body":"group decided that We really"},{"speaker":"Gareth Fisher","startTime":298.74,"endTime":301.86,"body":"needed to broaden it out to a"},{"speaker":"Gareth Fisher","startTime":301.86,"endTime":306.45,"body":"national remit to save repeating"},{"speaker":"Gareth Fisher","startTime":301.86,"endTime":306.45,"body":"the efforts elsewhere. So that"},{"speaker":"Gareth Fisher","startTime":306.45,"endTime":310.68,"body":"really was a sort of an"},{"speaker":"Gareth Fisher","startTime":306.45,"endTime":310.68,"body":"overarching thing, rather than"},{"speaker":"Gareth Fisher","startTime":310.68,"endTime":313.38,"body":"each sort of region or whatever,"},{"speaker":"Gareth Fisher","startTime":310.68,"endTime":313.38,"body":"doing something slightly"},{"speaker":"Gareth Fisher","startTime":313.38,"endTime":317.43,"body":"different.
