What's happening everybody, Brian Silva for One's Ready Podcast. Really excited to have you in the team room at Ones Ready and I'm excited to show you guys , um, you know, talk to you guys, talk to my friends and you know, teammates that have been over the past decade to introduce you to them and really for you to get to know us and , um , welcome you to the team room. Uh , thank you very much for the support that we've had so far with the one's ready Instagram and the Facebook. Um, you know, if you haven't hit us up over there, we're always open to receiving any messages you guys have because we want to inter integrate you guys into the team and make sure that you guys have the most pertinent and relevant information going forth as possible so you guys can go out there and crush your goals. So thank you again for taking the time to come out and listen to us and we hope that you guys get a lot from this channel. And again, anything that you guys want to hear from us or see from us, we're always down to help you guys out. And that's the sole reason that we're here to , um, to help you guys out. So let me just , uh, basically today what we're going to go over is a little introduction to the team and the guys that are here. I know most of you guys kind of know them a little bit from the Instagram. Uh, Trent , Jared, and Aaron, they're all, you know, from PJ, SR, and CCT respectively. And again, they're here to give you guys as much knowledge as possible. They're all , um, you know, at the top of their game well respected within the community. And I want, they all have the heart of a teacher. They want to make sure that you guys are successful and on their own that even, you know, reached out and have done phone calls, went out, help dudes as much as possible. So , um , that's kinda the team that we want to build and we want you guys to see going forward that, you know, we're here to do whatever it takes to help you guys succeed. So again, we're going to go over, you know, the introductions. We're going to go over what the teams and the team is all about here and a little bit about some of the things that we have going on and we'll we're trying to put together for you guys. Again, if you have any suggestions or anything you want to see, you can always let us know, email us. Um, so, and with that we're also going to go over some of the tips, you know, whatever our best tip is individually that we have when we went through selection or went through difficult times, you know, what kind of got us through and how you can use that whenever you're going to selection. So, you know, we'll get into some of the things that we're going to offer as a team and then we'll go from there into
the individual introductions. So first thing that we're going to be talking about is mental and physical training from our own personal experience. And for me going through Indoc and going through, uh, being as an instructor of Indoc, seeing the whole spectrum there, it's really valuable to be able to impart that on to you guys and make sure that you know, what is really going to be, get you selected whenever you get there. Those attributes that people are looking for and the physicality of the nature of the nature of selection and how you guys should prepare. So, you know, open it up to whoever. If you guys have any, uh, any inputs on the mental, physical training tips, go ahead any of you guys.
AARONYeah, so the biggest one there for me, Brian, is, is there so much information out there, it's really hard to dial it in, right? So we, in our career fields, we have a bunch of different specialties that we're expected to maintain currency and proficiency on. Well, people that are training for the pipeline have the exact same thing. They've got all of these things that they think they need to do. And the number one failure point that I saw from my students , um, was mainly that they just didn't know what to focus on. They didn't know how to prioritize those five meter targets and then like proceed efficiently through the pipeline. And it ended up taking way too long. So that's the one big thing that I'm just really excited here is like from this team of SMEs, I'm excited to point you in the direction where you can most efficiently train for your next target, right? Because if we keep knocking down five meter targets, pretty soon you're 50 meters down the road, you're wearing a beret and it's time for a new challenge. So from the medical , mental, and physical aspects of it, I'm just really looking forward to given some of that good info to really vector someone in so that their time is spent in the most efficient way possible. Yeah .
BRIANYeah. And I think, Oh go ahead.
PEACHNo , if I could just add something , onto that. And I think Aaron did a really good job of bringing this up, and this is also obviously come up in discussion several times, is we get guys that they want to wait until they're at grad standards before they enter the pipeline. And I think that they're doing themselves a disservice when they do that. I think as long as you can pass or not just pass the past test but also crush those initial numbers, then enter and you should be seeing a recruiter immediately just to get those, you know, the true data are from those guys. And that's really all I have to add that I have .
TRENTWell to make sure that you show up fully prepared. I would say you don't want to be overtrained , you don't want to train for two years and just crush yourself without any education. Um, education is everything and under understanding how your body works and how nutrition works and how it works for you , uh, is huge. Like we , we see guys coming in the pipeline and they're like, I'm trying to get a six pack or I'm on a , you know, 800 calorie a day diet. You know, just understanding what your body is going, what the requirements are to get through that and understand what your goals are is , is going to be huge for you guys.
BRIANYeah. And I think along with that, you know, with the changes in the pipeline and the things that have been just constantly in flux over the past year, you know, and Indoc has gone away. So, you know, we're going to bring that up in a future episodes for sure and keep you guys updated as possible. Um , a lot of guys just don't know exactly what to prepare for, what to expect. So we're going to talk a lot about that kind of stuff and also with the changing past standards, the OFT and all those kinds of things, you know , um, all of us have a little bit of a experience back in the pipeline. Um, training, you know, Aaron is over at the PJ schoolhouse, Trent's over at the SR , uh , selection right now. And you know, I have some selection experience as an instructor as well and Peach with his , uh, JTAC experience instructor over at the weapon school. So lots of instructor experience and we want to make sure that you guys are able to keep up to date with any of that stuff so you know what to expect when you come in. You know, there's no excuses whenever you guys show up to the door So, and bigger than that, what I was , what I was mentioning earlier is we really are gonna just be as UpToDate as possible and not just not just a year late , you know, all the fresh information we have ties to guys that are in the community ties to guys that are still back in the pipeline. Instructors and we want to make sure that we keep in touch with them and they're telling us what you guys need to know because all of us here and those guys that are instructors, believe it or not, they really want you guys to succeed and they want to put out the best product because you know, if, if a person , um, fails or a large amount of the team fails, it reflects a little bit poorly upon some of the stuff that we're doing to make you guys progress through. Obviously it's a, it's on you to make sure that you get this stuff done for sure. But , um, we're setting up as much training as possible and those people that are managing the pipeline are putting their best foot forward to help you guys as much prepare as possible. So you've gotta do your part, no doubt. But we want to do our part and instill the values that are necessary for you guys to go out there and not only crush the pipeline, but go out there and crush some mission . So , uh, that is another important aspect to it. And because of that, we want you guys to be able to feel like you can email us at any point in time. Like I said earlier, a it's info@onesready.com and that'll reach us. We'll get back to you, you know, within 48 hours for sure. And whatever questions you guys have , um, do your research first. That's what I'll ask is, you know, professional courtesy, just do as much research as you can and there's plenty of resources out there on the internet, but if you can't find a good answer on any of this or you're unsure, we will definitely find you the best answer that we could possibly find. So info@onesready.com. You guys are always welcome to email us out there. Um, with that, we're also going to be partnering with a couple of different sponsors that are out there so we can provide access to. Basically we want to bring in , uh , also recruiters so you guys can have more access to them because I know one of the common themes that we have with , um , guys that hit all of us up is that they tried to find a recruiter. All they can find is a normal recruiter. You guys need to be hitting up a special operations recruiter. So , uh , we want to make you guys have access to that. So we're going to use our, our partnerships and sponsorships , um, to gain you access to that and that'll be included on our website. And then also we want to make sure that we bring a special guests and others, you know, you guys have other people in mind right now already that you're thinking of bringing in, right? So you want to go over some of the people that yo u're a lready ki nd o f g ot on tap just to let people know what we're trying to do for you guys.
AARONYeah, absolutely. Everybody. I've made some pretty good friends with, you know, high level CrossFit athletes at this point. Um, that are, that I'm planning on asking to come on in some, some people from the Onnit organization may come in and kind of give their talk about durability and some of those relationships that we've fostered. So , um, the good thing about the team that we have is that we're gonna leverage that decades of SOF experience, but also those decades of, of networking too, right? So there's, there's really nobody that we can't reach out and touch. It's a very, very small world. It's a very , um , much smaller special operations world and the people that you can build those networks with that's really, really important.
BRIANAnd then that's really important for everybody coming to Ones Ready too , and not just the guests that we're going to have on and not just the things that we're going to do, but you're gonna be able to interact with one another through those things. And you're going to be able to build your own network to find training partners, to find advice, to find motivation. So , um, it's all with one purpose in mind and it's making everybody here better than we've ever been and giving them the tools to do that. So along with guests and that networking thing, like we're trying to build something here that's along the same lines, which is again, let's crush A&S. Let's get onto the, to the actual work and get our Berets on and, and go do the mission.
Yup . And of course then none of this can be brought to you guys without a little help, right? So we brought on a couple of sponsors, one being Strikeforce energy. So I've been using them for quite some time now. And um, believe it or not, I use it for pre-workouts and whenever I need some go juice. So we brought them on and uh, Aaron, I believe you brought on Alphabrew as well, right?
Yeah, we did. So awesome. Leo/MIL , uh , owned company. It's got a nootropic in it, it clean , uh , energy. It's, it's the best coffee out there. I have been drinking the bourbon aged coffee , um , for months in the morning. It's perfect. Even just black. So I love that alphabrewcoffee.com. And for both of them, if you go on and use (code) ONES READY at your checkout, you're gonna be able to get a good discount from both of it. So yeah, proud to have those guys along. And I'm great that they're here on the, on the very first podcast
TRENTCan I just say from , from a guy that has jumped in energy drinks and his ruck before the strike force energy convenience of having that , uh, is , it's so much better, it's, it's pretty incredible.
BRIANYeah. And speaking of which, so some, one of the other things that we want to put together , um , in the near future is some , uh, some type of event. So, you know, we bring all of us out and you know, the sponsorships are going to help us with that cause they , uh, again, these are guys that, you know, we didn't just go and meet off the street or anything like that. These guys that , uh , people know that people that own the company, we know them a little bit and we want to make sure that they are also, they believe in the mission. And what Ones Ready is doing. So that's one of the other reasons why we partner up with them. So we can provide, you know, the things that I was talking about, the recruiter access and the websites as well as, you know, an event, an in person event that, you know, basically wants you guys to just be able to pay for a plane tickets and a place to sleep. And then we provide all of the necessary, you know, harassment and training and all that kind of stuff that, you know, is required of training for selection. So those are the kinds of things that we're , we have a, in the pot brewing, we want to make sure that we can , uh, make you guys, like Aaron was talking about, we want to make you guys better than we ever were and give you guys those tools as much as possible. So when you show up on the doorstep and you're at A&S, or you know, even if you're at prep, you're like, you know, I feel confident and I'm ready. Teach me all that you have to teach me, cause I'm gonna go into this thing and I'm going to crush it because you already have that mindset. You have that team mentality and you know what it's like to , uh , Oh , you know what to expect. So we want to make sure you guys have that. Um, so let's get into a little bit of personal intros. And so you guys can get to know a little bit about Trent and Aaron and Jared and who they really are. So , um, let's start out with , uh , Trent. Go for it.
All right guys. Yeah. Uh , Trent Seegmiller was a SOWT and now I'm an SR guy. I've been in for 16 years, been running the job about 14 years. I've knocked out five deployments. I've done a , there's on my, I'm on my second AETC rotation. I help stand up the SOWT pipeline in 2008. Uh, helped Stand up the prep course. Um, a lot of different things with an ATC . My last rotation operationally, I was the , uh, STT team Sergeant, the special tactics team, team Sergeant , uh, for , uh, an assault zones , uh , survey type team . So , uh, I've been around for awhile . Um, things I'm, I'm , I'm really passionate about. I want to get into this as is first off my family, right? And , um, and then I want to make people better so people are my passion and , um, and that's one of the reasons I'm doing this.
TrentI really care about people first. I find them fascinating and then , um, I like to see them grow and progress through their life and , and make up progress towards what they wanna , what they want to accomplish in this life.
So , uh , my, my big tip for , uh, for the selection process is perspective. And , and when we talk about leaving people , uh, better off than , than we were back in the day is, is I'm just trying to push people a little bit further along and , and make those mental connections earlier on in their career that I took way too long to make about where I was, who I am, what my job is. And how to effectively get after the mission and not feel sorry for myself or not go down paths that are unnecessary, not being honest enough with myself. So just being able to put out a lot of that type of experience and a , if you're suffering like me, it takes a little bit, a little bit of time and a people telling you a lot of times to, to get through your , your skull. But , um, I'm , I'm just trying to plant those seeds, you know, and I've seen it happen and you plant those seeds and some of them sprout and some of them don't. But I'm just trying to give you all the opportunity to be successful , uh , that you can come into the pipeline. So , uh, that's me and , um, yeah, that's what I'm here for.
BRIANAll right. Appreciate it. Let's go to a Peach.
PEACHYeah, absolutely. So you guys will hear me called Peach or Jared. I typically go by Peaches. I'm a combat controller. Been doing this for about 20 years now. Maybe a little bit over. I'll just keep that. But to me though, so you don't think I'm too old. Uh, multiple , um, assignments all over the world. Um, so I've had a blast, obviously multiple deployments, just like everybody else.
So , um, let's see. The, the biggest tip that I would would leave for you guys other than the, the physical aspect of it would be the mental, the humility aspect of it. I think you've gotta be extremely humi- , uh , humble as you go in through the pipeline and once you get on team, because the reality , um, you don't know anything until, until you, you get a fantastic team Sergeant or fantastic leader that can take you and carry you to where you need to go. So that would would is what I would leave with you guys.
BRIANAppreciate it, Aaron. Yeah, sure. So, Hey Aaron @ amlove212000 on Instagram. You may see me if I throw an owl symbol in there. So, so that's me. I'm a PJ . Uh , I've been in the military for about 18 years. Been in the air force for about 18 years. I cross trained. So I did a different job first and then became a Pararescueman. And I've been a Pararescueman for about 12 years of that total time. So deployment is the same kind of what what peaches was just saying. You know, I've got , uh , you know, five true combat deployments. A couple of contingency operations have served in all three commands, both , uh, you know, ACC, AFSOC where I am now, and I just got out of an AETC instructor gig. So I've kind of seen a good breadth of experience as far as the career fields concerned as far as those jobs are concerned.
AARONI'm not saying I've seen it all, but I've seen a good amount of it, so at least I can speak coherently on some of that stuff.
My biggest tip for anybody going into the pipeline is if you constantly behave like a student, even at my level, I try to go in everyday and I try to behave like a student, take notes, pay attention, see what works and see what doesn't. You've got two ears and one mouth, so you should be listening twice as much. If you can be a good student and you can always devote yourself to a lifelong pursuit of understanding the knowledge that people are going to give to you, you're going to be way more successful than you could ever imagine. And it's kinda counterintuitive. You think you're going to be a Jedi master one day, a Jedi master was a Jedi student for way longer than he was a jet Jedi master. So those are some things I'm passionate about. I'm always trying to approach things as a student of the game and trying to get through things like that. So that's probably my big tip right there is just behave like a student. You're going to crush it.
BRIANYeah. And I think , uh , one important thing and a common theme that we have is, you know, the humbleness and being a student, that is a really important part of anything that you do. Cause people are gonna mess up and people are always going to have something to learn from. Even, you know, from the younger guys, the people that were, you know, if you're watching us right now, we're going to learn something from you. If you're on our team later on, whether, whatever it may be, you know, there's always something that someone is better on. And that's why we have a team. People have their strengths, people have their weaknesses, and we want to make sure that we're able to focus on our strengths and weaknesses while we're doing the mission or off time we teach each other. And , um , you know, a lot of the posts that we have on Instagram right now kind of reflect that mentality and making sure that we cover each other's weaknesses that way all of our strengths show to the enemy and just the weaknesses to the team and that's, that's it. Keep it in house. So thanks for you guys , uh, throwing that out there. So , uh, Brian Silva, I was also a PJ for a while. I was a a team leader. Um, and I was also stationed at an STS squadron as well as the RQS squadron. Aaron and I were stationed overseas together. We were stationed in Vegas together. Um, same with Peach. We were stationed over in the UK together. And then Trent and I were stationed as instructors back at the schoolhouse where he still currently is. Um, he enjoys it though. That's why he's there. So yeah, so we were stationed that we've all been stationed together. We know each other from previous places that we worked, which is really awesome that we have that working relationship and we kind of know each other's attitude and know each other. That's why it's called the team room. So we can build on those relationships and we'll show you, we'll talk a little bit more about that in a, in a second. So , uh, as far as my experience, so I started a company after I finished doing , uh , instructor stuff at the schoolhouse , um , in the PA program currently as a student , um , still active duty. But I started a program called How To Be A PJ and it kind of focused on people, people that wanted to join but didn't have the correct workouts. From what I saw, they were just kind of getting broken and the right guys weren't able to actually have the tools to make it through, which is another reason why I started this. We started this whole Ones Ready. You know, I wanted guys that were in it to help guys and they're already doing this on their own. So you know, I want to guys that wanted to make you guys better and make our team better as a whole. And then I also do the workout offer workout programs on selection and you know, through those, over the past couple of years since I started How To Be A PJ , 20% of the guys that graduated in the last class had been able to do my workouts and also graduate then reach back. And it's awesome feeling that uh , you know, people are able to actually benefit from the things that we're doing here, which is why all of us spend our nights and our weekends answering questions, helping you guys out as much as possible and just doing all we can to make sure that you guys are successful. Because, u h, the end reward
AARONNo off days baby, no off days.
BRIANExactly. Um, we are, we're really passionate about this and again, I just can't say it enough. Um, I just wanted to help you guys out just like the rest of the guys do here at Ones Ready.
So my number one selection tip is to BURN THE BOATS. Um, and what that means to me , um, is for you to go in and 100%, you know , uh , we get a lot of questions on Instagram and I've gotten personally a lot of questions saying, Hey, I want to do this after I'm done with Pararescue or I want to do this after I'm done with CCT. Like, do you think this will be a good path for me to go? It's like none of us here thought that we were going to go in and go be whatever we're looking at. Like being a paramedic or a flight paramedic after we're done with this or being a doctor after this. I didn't think I was going to be a PA after I, I didn't join the air force to be a PA I joined the air force to be a PJ . So I think you know, burning the boats means that you only have one option and that is to succeed at whatever you're about to attempt right now. You're going to go full force and put every resource and as much time as you have into making yourself successful as well as your team that is going to go there and crush it with you. So that'll be my number one tip for, you know, getting through selection. You guys got anything, recaps second hits at your number one tips.
AARONNah, I'm good. I love the man burn the boats. Like in case you're not aware of what history was, Vikings used to literally set their ships on fire so there was nowhere to go, but forward. They would land the boats, the war party, we'd get off and that was it. We're going forward. We'll build new boats later. So, and that's good Brian. I love it.
BRIANYup . All right .
TRENTI know. I tell everybody what I'm going to do. So , uh, I paint myself into a corner and that's my way of burning the boats. I tell everybody that I care about their opinion. I say I'm going to go do this thing and there's nothing I hate more than when the not doing what I say I'm going to do and being embarrassed about it. So, I mean, it's just one of my strategies and it kind of falls in the same line. Just tell everybody, paint yourself into a corner, make it happen. Force yourself to do it.
BRIANYeah. It's that accountability factor of, you know, you tell your family and everyone else that you're about to go and crush this pipeline. You're going to go be a PJ and then, you know, they call you up or hit you up on Skype later and they're like, what are you doing? How come a, you're sitting at a desk, right, man , I thought you were going to go , uh , be a PJ , what happened? So, you know, there's always that accountability factor to that and that goes into it. So.
PEACHWell, I think that that goes back into that whole, Hey, life is not a dress rehearsal kind of thing. You know, knock it out, don't sit here and go, Oh, I'm going to kick, you know, kick the ball down the road two years and just wait. Just get after it because you may not get another chance.
BRIANYup . I mean, yeah, you're lucky if you do get another chance. Um, a lot of people haven't been able to get that other chance, especially if it's, you know, an injury or something like that. But yeah. And , uh , I think through all of this, the, one of the big things, like you said, Trent , you know, keep perspective on where you're at and what you're doing. Um, one of the big things that I used to tell guys whenever I was doing my instructor thing is, you're in a, you know, warmed pool. It's 80 degrees. You're, it's the exact right. pH is the exact right. Everything for you to be able to function, it's not gonna hurt you. The lights are on, you get to go to a warm shower, you know, and people get scared of the pool whenever they go there because it's, you know, people you know, choke or pass out or do whatever So, you know, it's all about the perspective. There's always someone that has it worse off than you do. So yeah, that was a thing that I just want to tag on there for, for Trent's number one nugget.
All right . Um, so let's go ahead and open it so you guys can see all of us. Now. Uh, I'm going to talk about the team room and talk about kind of what exactly the team room is because a lot of people haven't been in team room before that don't know exactly what to expect. So this is the ones ready team room because every single unit that we go to after we're done with our training or after doing with our missions or whatever we're doing, we always go back. We debrief what happened throughout the day. We talk about, we shoot the crap and we just talk about what happened through the day and open up to each other so we can learn from each other and talk about the things that happened . So the team room is that safe place where you know, no one's gonna talk crap about you outside of it. It's just going to be, you know, you guys hash it out, whatever it is. If you guys, someone made you really mad on the ex or on training event, then you guys hash it out in the team room and you're able to move on and learn from it. So , um, yeah, you guys have anything on a team room?
PEACHI'd say a great all of that is how you're going to debrief me after this podcast.
AARONI'm sure to be honest with you, the team room, that is not a safe place. That team room was one of the most dangerous places in the world because that ego is at risk every single day. You may think you did a great job and you come to find out from your closest friends that you really screwed up that day. I gotta be honest with you , it's there is, there is no more unsafe place than the team room, but that's how we grow cause it never leaves that room. We figured out and then we go out and we crush life after that and we all make each other better. Right? As iron sharpens iron, we sharpen each other. Well, the place where that's forged is there in that team room. And that's why we wanted to call this the team room is to bring you in. Sometimes we might have to give you some hard truths. Sometimes you might not want to hear what we have to say about , um, you know, about your performance. But that's how we all get better. And I gotta be honest with ya . I know Brian, Brian and Peach have personally told me inside of a team room that I've screwed up. I can tell you 100%. Um , and it made me better. And that's the point.
TrentBut I think , uh , I know for me, like when I was a young guy going into the team room and getting those hard truths from the older guys, you know, it kinda, it rubs you the wrong way a little bit. My ego was still a little out of control and I thought I was a somebody. Um, but then I started to accept it and I started to like it. And at this point in my career, I rely on that I seek out team rooms or people that can be brutally honest with me and gave me that corrective feedback so I'm not wasting my time going down the wrong path. So , um, it's something I rely on to get through stuff.
BRIANYeah. And I mean, it's all about having that team is making each other better. If you hang around guys that are just happy with whatever, you know, job at as a server or doing whatever they're doing back in their home town than , you know, you're not gonna get much better. But if you're around a bunch of dudes that are trying to make themselves better constantly, then you're gonna also be trying to make yourself better constantly. And so you can match up to the rest of the dudes on your team cause no one wants to be the weakest link on the team ever. So , um, yeah, so that's what we want to welcome you guys to the team room and just so you guys have a little bit of an idea of what to expect and what we're going to be talking about. So we're going to try and bring you guys in as possible. Again, you know, we're going to put it all out there as much as we can. We're going to be honest with you guys and make sure that you guys have the best information possible that we could pass on. Um, so like I said, we're here to build the future of, of SOF and building our community and welcome you guys into the team as much as possible. Um, we have decades of combat experience. And one of the things that is important about having that experience is being able to pass it on. Because if we don't pass on the lessons that we've learned throughout our careers and the things that we've experienced, then it just dies with us. So having this opportunity to talk to you guys and pass on those , um , lessons learned is I think invaluable too for you guys. Not only to listen to the stories and you know, some of the people that we're going to be bringing on here. Um , telling their stories and all these guys that are right here that have lived these stories. Um, just being able to pass on these things and experience that you can, you know, instantly put into selection cause it's the things that guys are going to be looking for when you go to selection or any difficult task really. I mean the team team mentality applies in any workplace that you're going to go. So , um, yeah, that's one of the things that we want to definitely do and again, make each other better for that. Um, the last, last thing I wanted to talk about was making sure that,
you know, you guys are implementing these things that we're talking about. I keep on talking about building a team and stuff. If you guys are around people, you see other people that are doing similar workouts in the gym, you're , you guys need to start building that same team, you know, listen to podcast, show the podcast together.
Um, make sure that you're doing those workouts that make each other better and call each other out just like we're gonna do, you know, with you guys and with each other, call each other out. If you messed up on those pushups , you messed up on whatever event that you're training on, make sure you guys are calling each other out. Being a team doesn't mean always just patting each other on the back. It also means, you know, call each other out whenever you're messing up stuff. So , uh , make sure that you guys are living that motto , um, continue working together and , um, really appreciate you guys. Um, do you guys have any last parting shots? Uh, anything else you want to add to the end of this before we close it out?
AARONYeah, I'll just say that I'm just super excited to be here. Like I , yeah, this is a great outlet for me. I've answered, I don't know how many , um, you know, individual DMS or individual questions and it's always the same question. Right? Well, it struck me that if it's always the same question, then that means the information isn't accessible yet. I want to make that information accessible for those hard chargers, those guys that are doing their own research, those guys that are trying to get there. Again, we just want to make sure that we get you the best information possible so you can be efficient so that you can earn each breath so that you can literally crush your life and go on and be a superhero. You literally get to be a superhero. It's awesome. It's the greatest thing on the face of the planet. And I'm just excited to help you guys get there. Cause I gotta be honest with you. It's no , I've never encountered anything in , in my life like this career. So I want to share that with you guys and these guys do too.
PEACHYeah. And for me it would be simply thanks for all the support. I mean a overwhelming amount of support on Instagram and social media and, and everybody saying, Hey, thanks for doing this and how much they appreciate it. But in reality, and I appreciate the hell out of you guys and all the support you guys are given because if it weren't for you guys asking these questions and you know, being interested in coming into the career field, I mean, we wouldn't be doing this. So sincerely. Thank you.
TrentI don't, I don't want to be confusing and say thank you. And it'd be nice to the people that might come in someday for the sake of consistency. I'd have to say that I hate you guys and , and , and you're terrible people. But we really do appreciate it. And , and we're doing this to, to, to pass on not only the jobs and skills and everything else for me, but I mean, I wouldn't be doing this if this didn't add something to my life if it wasn't a , you know, you go see a good movie or you jump out of a plane for the first time, what do you do? You tell all your friends about it and you say, you've got to go do this. Well, I've been doing this for a number of years now and I want to let people know how incredible it is, how awesome it is. And, and it's , it's difficult and it's hard, but that's what makes it incredible and awesome. You know? Um, and so that's why we're doing this. It's not, so I can sit up here and tell you all my cool guy stories and Peach's stories and pass them off as my own. Like I'm pumping my cool combat guy all the time. But that , the reason, the number one reason for me is to, to pass onto you guys just what it's done for me. And it's not for everybody, but it's been really good for me in my life.
BRIANHell yeah, man, this has been, yeah. The last 14 years of my life since I've been in the air force has been, you know, amazing. And I've done more than I could've ever dreamed to that I would've done honestly. Um, I didn't know anybody that was in the military really. And just the opportunities that are afforded to me and uh, you know, the rest of you guys, just being able to meet you guys has been amazing. So I'm really proud to be able to bring this panel to and this team to all of you out there that are watching and listening , um , because they have a lot of experience and knowledge and they're really good dudes. And I know that we're going to make a awesome team make you guys better. And again, this is what keeps us up at night, literally, is helping you guys out and making sure that you guys have the best resources possible and genuinely we want to actually make you guys better than we ever were. That way, you know, the career field lives on and we can give back as much as possible to the career fields that have given us so much. So , um, we appreciate you guys watching and listening again. Um, watch out for the next, we're going to be doing a weekly episode , so watch out for the next drop and you can again hit us up at info at ones ready if you guys have any questions or are individual or one's ready Instagram page or Facebook. So we're all over the place, but we will answer you guys within a couple of days, you know , give us a little bit of time. Um, we will do our best to give you guys the most accurate and up to date answer. And again, if we don't have the answer, then we'll find it for you guys. And don't forget if you guys know another guy that are training, make sure you guys pass on this podcast episode and we will bring you guys more in the future. So I appreciate you guys coming out here again and we'll catch you guys next time.
