OTS High - MBRS 125

Ones Ready MBRS Only
Exclusive access to bonus episodes!Aaron goes solo for a members-only recap after OTS San Diego, and the man is still riding the high.
This one is a behind-the-scenes look at what actually happens when the Ones Ready crew gets together for Operator Training Summit: the long travel, the Airbnb chaos, the instructor brotherhood, the park Karen situation, the acai bowls, the fish tacos, the pool day, and the reason these events matter so much to the team.
Aaron breaks down what candidates are really getting at OTS: not a smoke session, not a fake selection event, and not generic fitness advice. It is specific, efficient, consistent instruction from people who have lived the pipeline, taught in the pipeline, recruited for the pipeline, and built training systems around the actual data.
He gets into why running should dominate most candidates’ training priorities, why pull-ups matter, why underwaters are important but not where most people should dump all their training time, and how the SEC principle — specificity, efficiency, and consistency — should drive prep for Air Force Special Warfare.
The pool day gets the full treatment: pushing off the wall, reducing underwater strokes, mask and snorkel, buddy breathing, drownproofing, finning, ten-ups, full harassment, and why good instruction can change a candidate’s confidence in one day.
Aaron also talks about the Zulu course impact, the changes that happened after Ones Ready called it out, why OTS Level 2 is coming, and what that next version is going to look like: tighter gates, higher standards, live penalties, timed events, full pool sessions, and a much closer look at what AS, Zulu, and water confidence actually feel like.
Also included: Peaches as Team Daddy, Taylor Starch being Taylor Starch, Kris Tomes crushing attributes, Brian being an absolute bro, Mike Kroeger from Nickelback showing up, and Aaron refusing all Nickelback slander.
Members only means members only. This is the stuff behind the curtain.
