In this episode of Your Future in Finance, Callum chats with Cam Mostyn, who is currently the Finance Lead for Transformation at Frucor Suntory, about his finance career and his advice on finding your career blind spots, knowing when to take the next step in your career and his top 3 tips for any aspiring finance professionals.

Cam also shares his incredible journey as a team rower on the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge which involved their 4-man crew rowing 5000km for 35 days straight from Africa to America, across the Atlantic ocean.  Not only did their team come second but they also helped raise an amazing $400,000 for the Black Dog Institute and are  the Current national record holders of the fastest Australian crew to row across the Atlantic Ocean. He shares the most rewarding and toughest elements involved in completing such a mammoth feat and the lessons they learnt along the way about each other, resilience and high performing teams.
