Not only did their team come second but they also helped raise an amazing $400,000 for the Black Dog Institute and are the Current national record holders of the fastest Australian crew to row across the Atlantic Ocean. He shares the most rewarding and toughest elements involved in completing such a mammoth feat and the lessons they learnt along the way about each other, resilience and high performing teams.
