Our Relationship With Anxiety Through Infertility
Show Notes

The longer a journey to conceiving and having a baby take, the bigger fear and anxiety seem to grow in the hearts of amazing women undergoing this ordeal.

And it's totally understandable!  In the face of so much uncertainty around a pretty major life event, or after a miscarriage or any of the other trauma that can come with the territory, it makes fertility challenges pretty challenging.

So today I really wanted to dive into anxiety to explore what it is all about, why it comes about and how you can understand it better so that you can help yourself to reduce it more on your path to holding that beautiful baby of yours in your arms.

I want to show you and give you more choice over your emotions, so you don't drown.
