There are so many different ways that we WAIT on the fertility journey.
It's not just about waiting to get pregnant. And all those different waits can add up to our lives just feeling completely stuck and pointless.
So today I explore all the different ways we can wait on the fertility journey, the usual ones plus some ones you haven't thought of, just to highlight how much we are putting our lives on hold.
And then let’s look at how to minimise our experience of it of waiting so we can begin living again.
I walk you through some personal experiences of mine and how I managed to get to a place where I wasn't waiting but was still actively working towards having a baby in the same time frame.
