Ashley Clifford and Elizabeth Adley

Elana Jadallah is a Photographer, Marketing Strategiest, and Environmental Activist who is bi-coastal, spending half her time in Maine and the other half in Hawai’i.

Elana joins us on Party's Over Podcast to discuss life split between two places, working remotely on her business, the importance of living sustainably and a few tips on how to get started!

Elana has had a very interesting career and today works with small businesses all over the country to help them with their marketing strategies. After a job she had early in her career helping to teach social media workshops to small businesses, Elana quickly realized she wanted to do something more with these businesses and began working one-on-one with clients! This career move eventually lead Elana to leave her full-time job and work for herself. Today, Elana's fiancè works with her and they have been able to expand their careers to a variety of different areas and have the freedom to work from anywhere.

The freedom that working for themselves has given them is what made their decision to split their time between Maine and Hawaii an easy one. Elana shares the pros and cons of splitting her time between two different places she loves dearly, but at the end of the day wouldn't change a thing!

She is also very passionate about living a sustainable life (we love) and is an environmental activist! In this episode we chat about some of the reasons why it is so important to live sustainably and how living environmentally consciously can even be beneficial to your health. Although, the big changes from large corporations are very important, Elana believes that it starts with us. The work we do to help the environment and encouraging our friends and family to do the same is what will help create change. This is why Elana is such an activist both online and in her real life. On this episode we hear some great tips on how we can start living more sustainably today and do our part!
