We cover the mindset of a boxer; training; weight; what it takes to be a champion; what really happens, mentally, before, during and after a match... and he is honest, brilliantly and so bravely honest about the depression that has followed him around for much of his life like a dark mist, even more so as a result of this awful pandemic, and a darkness that is ever so present right now, today, even as we speak. We delve into that and how he copes – how he puts one step in front of the other, even on the hardest of days.
