Today’s episode is the 22nd episode and I’m going to start on a sadder note talking about a friend I recently lost and PTSD, so if that’s upsetting for you, I recommend skipping the first few minutes. After that I’ll be talking about what’s going on in the world. So yes, I’m going to talk about the protests, yes I’m going to talk about my thoughts on the police, yes I’m going to talk about the CHAZ in Seattle and break that one down a bit. I'll also cover international news to include China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the Korean Peninsula, New Zealand, and this week in history. Then we will talk fitness and more fun stuff. My kittens knock my mic amplifier off the table twice during this, so there's that too.
