What would you say of a guy who bootstrapped Auric Solar, a solar startup, from his garage to doing $250M+ in total revenue? Jess grew the company from scratch to over 260 employees, launching one of the most exciting solar projects in North America when they launched Sonnen battery in partnership with Soleil Lofts.
But at the height of these conquests, the COVID pandemic hit, and Auric Solar had over $130m frozen in projects. A massive blow which pushed Jess to as far as almost losing his dream house.
