The primary goal of this proposal is to start America on a practical national personal fitness program.
We will re-start President John F. Kennedy’s Fitness program in all public and parochial schools. My approach is to place the well-known Winsor Palates exercise program in the schools. Schools have cut back on physical education. A disaster for both the short and long-term health of our people. Students will leave high school in decent physical condition. They will have a healthier life.
