Speaker 1:

If you have gone through and set 90-day goals, starting for 2025, we are now mid-April you should have revisited those goals.

Speaker 1:

You need to take a look at what the goals were that you set for your 90-day goals. You also need to make sure that it's still in line with the plans of where you are trying to go with your business as far as that two to five-year plan, that vision that you have, that is aligned with the mission with your business. As far as that two to five year plan, that vision that you have, that is aligned with the mission for your business. So I want you to really take a look at the 90 day goals that you've set. Are they, did you meet them? Were there tasks that you didn't complete? Were there projects that got pushed to the wayside? And if that's the case, I want you to go through and create a new 90 day plan. I don't care that it's April. I want you to be able to have it set up for 90 days. And if you don't have one and you're still working off an old 90 day plan, guess what? That 90 day plan has had expired. There's probably pieces of it that you kind of diverted from. You might have changed up what you were looking to do. I want you to rewrite and make sure that you know the 90-day goals that you were trying to hit so that you can focus on those projects and then make sure that you are completing those tasks. And when you are doing those as you've been hearing us talk quite a bit about over the last month and a half or so you need to make sure that you have systems in place for them so that you understand the process. How long does it take you to complete those tasks so that you can again plot those into your schedule in a way that makes sense for you and your business? If you have not taken a look at those 90-day plans that you created, you want to make sure again that those tasks are aligned with the projects that you are trying to complete.

Speaker 1:

So, with that in mind, if you did not create a 90-day plan for 2025, this is the perfect time to create a 90-day plan for the next 90 days. You can have it start May 1st. You can have it start the very next day after completing it. It's 90 days from whenever you write it up and want to get it. You can start completing those tasks to hit those projects to hit those goals. So if you haven't already done our 90 day plan program, you can go right into the description and make sure that you grab that, even if you have already purchased it. Go back through the content. You have lifetime access of the program to go through and redefine what your 90 day plan should look like. We talk about the idea that you have to make sure that you're reviewing every 90 days to have a better idea of where you need to go in the next 90 days. So take the time, review it and get it in to a plan for yourself.
