Exclusive access to premium content!Ready for your most productive quarter yet? The transition from May to June marks the perfect moment to pause and recalibrate your business strategy. After five months of execution, patterns have emerged, lessons have been learned, and now it's time to leverage that insight for your next 90 days.
This reflective process starts with honest evaluation. Did those ambitious January projects actually get accomplished? More importantly, did they move the needle on your core metrics? Whether you're tracking email list growth, revenue increases, or other key indicators, the data doesn't lie. Sometimes what we thought would drive results actually falls flat, while unexpected pivots deliver surprising success. By analyzing what's truly working, you can focus your limited time and energy on high-impact activities.
Your business has natural seasons, just like the calendar year. Perhaps you've discovered that May becomes "Maycember" – unexpectedly chaotic and not ideal for launching new offerings. Or maybe you found February and March surprisingly conducive to deep work. As you plan for June through August, consider both your business cycles and personal life events. That upcoming vacation, a child heading to college, or a new grandbaby will significantly impact your capacity. The most effective 90-day plans acknowledge these realities rather than fighting against them.
Want to make this process even more powerful? Identify just three key goals for the coming quarter, then map out the specific projects and tasks required to achieve them. If you're stuck on strategy or implementation, I'm here to help through one-on-one consulting, masterminds, or our Insiders community with weekly live training. Together, we can develop tailored tactics for your unique business challenges and opportunities. Schedule a conversation today, and let's transform your next 90 days into your most successful quarter yet!
All right, I already told you it's the week of reflection, clearly, and if you haven't already been reflecting upon your goals that you set for the first six months of the year, I want you to revisit those and get a 90-day plan together for the next three months. We are coming up right here in the end of May, which gives you those first full five months. You want to make sure that you have a 90-day plan that you are able to hit the ground running with. You need to determine whether or not the projects that you put in place one got accomplished or even attempted, or two, were they actually effective? Did they move the needle? And in order to determine that, you have to look at your numbers. You need to reflect upon what is actually moving the needle. Are you seeing that what your goal was whether it was to grow your email list, whether it was to make more revenue is that actually happening? Or have you entirely pivoted from what you actually thought you were going to put your emphasis on? This is a great time of year to look at it, because when we look at from January to May, there is a lot that has happened and there's a lot that's going to obviously happen, continuing throughout the rest of the year. But now you have a better idea. You're in it, understanding what your times of year actually look like. So if January was not the time for you to host a conference, when would it be a better time? Did it seem like it got less busy in, maybe February or March?
Speaker 1:If May became Maycember for you this year, then it's probably not the best time to be attempting to launch a new product or put together something very large at the time. You have to take into consideration the time of year, what is actually impacting you personally as well as what's impacting your business because of that, and start to get that into your planning so that when you are looking at setting 90-day goals and you know it's going to go into May and you know chaos it actually happened in the month of May that you don't plan for anything ginormous to take place that you start to kind of peel back. Maybe you could start to look at different things that you can be doing that are not going to be a total new launch of a product or putting together an in-person event that's going to exhaust you. You have to figure out the times of year that are going to work best for you and what is gonna impact that? So, when you are looking at the next 90 days, what are you? What is happening? Are you going into June, july and August? Are you looking at traveling certain months? What can you anticipate ahead of time? Do you have a child going off to college? Do you have a grandbaby on the way? Those things need to start to try to attempt to get planned into your calendar in the next 90 days so that when you go to reflect upon what you have accomplished afterwards you can say, okay, I anticipated this.
Speaker 1:My goals are close to being met or far exceeded, because I knew and took this into consideration when I planned out the projects and tasks that I was going to need to get done in order to hit the goals that I set. So I want you to really take a look at those next 90 days. What are you looking to accomplish? What are three goals that you want to hit? And, with those goals that you are attempting to hit, I want you to come up with the projects and tasks that need to be done in order to make that happen.
Speaker 1:Now, if you have a question about, I want to grow my email list, but I really don't know how I'm going to go about doing that. I have already been making sure that I do keyword research posts and podcasts and YouTube videos. What else can I potentially be doing? Get inside insiders, if you're not already there. Schedule some one-on-one time with me to actually work with you within your business, because, as I better understand you specifically, I'm able to come up with tactics that are going to allow for you to put projects and tasks in place that you may not have thought of, because now I'm within your business, I am always working one-on-one with clients. I run my masterminds, and then I also have insiders where we are doing weekly live training. So make sure that, if you are not already taking advantage of one of those, that you do so, so that we really can get specific on what you need to be doing within your business so that the next 90 days can be the best yet.
