Have you ever wondered if those small, daily actions really make a difference? Whether it's the business task you've been putting off or simply holding the door for a stranger, today's episode explores how these seemingly minor moments create powerful ripple effects that shape both your success and legacy.

We dive deep into the profound impact of consistency in both personal kindness and business discipline. Those checked-off tasks, timely follow-ups, and organized schedules aren't just productivity measures—they're the building blocks of achievement and influence. Similarly, everyday acts of consideration don't just disappear after the moment passes. They continue expanding outward, touching lives in ways we rarely get to witness.

For entrepreneurs facing impostor syndrome—especially women questioning whether they should charge for their services—this episode offers a transformative perspective. By charging appropriately, you're not just validating your worth; you're ensuring client accountability and guaranteeing they receive genuine solutions. Your business isn't just about transactions; it's about creating a legacy where each person you help potentially influences dozens more. Like ripples in a pond, your impact multiplies exponentially, not for financial gain as in pyramid schemes, but for meaningful positive change. Start small today. Commit to one task, one gesture of kindness. These actions compound, impacting your bottom line while putting much-needed care and hope into a world that desperately needs it. What small ripple will you create today?

Speaker 1:

Today I want it to be a reminder to you that the little things that you do in your personal life and in your business make a huge difference. So, whether it is reaching out to a friend that you haven't spoken to in a while, whether it's smiling at a stranger, holding the door for a stranger, or making advancements in your business by checking in on your stats and getting some of those tasks that were on your list for your projects to get done checked off so that you can sit down, look at a schedule and know exactly what it is that you're doing. Those little things that you do add up and it comes back to you, no matter whether you're doing tasks or whether you're taking the time to hold the door for a stranger. All of those things will come back to you. The more we can put out into this world that is good and positive, the more it will continue to come back. I honestly believe that I always have believed that there's a ripple effect. You make a tiny little ripple in a pond and that continues to make a larger wave across the people that it will impact, and I think that that is the biggest thing that I have noticed and been stressing lately with a lot of my mastermind clients, my one-on-one clients, is this idea of legacy, of what are you going to be passing on to other people. And that is what we need to focus on Thinking and striving to do those things, because I think for a lot of women, we get caught up in what I shouldn't be charging for, this. Should I be charging for this? Who am I to be charging for this? That whole imposter syndrome sneaks back in and what we need to focus in on is that by charging, we are holding people accountable, we are showing our own value and we are guaranteeing that they will have a solution to the problem that they have. So by charging for that, you are helping them. And again, it's you focusing in on your legacy of as you impact that person within your audience. Hopefully they will go on and impact 10 other people or 20 other people. And again, it's that whole building idea of.

Speaker 1:

We have heard over the years, pyramid scheme businesses were very popular, probably five, 10 years ago, and that was always part of the sales pitch was that if you talk to one person, that one person then went on to talk to three people.

Speaker 1:

Well, now you've impacted those four people and then from those three extras that you've added on those three, you're going to talk to three more, so now you're tripling what you would have originally impacted, and that was how you made more money on those pyramid screens. Really, life is like that, though we're not making money off of all those people, but we're impacting them, we're continuing our legacy, and that is what we need to focus in on. So I know that that can be overwhelming for people, which is why I started with do that one good thing, put that one good thing out there, check that thing off your list. It will impact your bottom line. So I want you to commit to doing that, and when you commit not only to doing the tasks within your business, but also being a good person, smiling at people, saying hello, opening doors, that puts care and hope and kindness into the world, and we need more of that.
