Ever feel resistance to creating systems in your business? You're not alone. As a fellow entrepreneur who once avoided documented processes like the plague, I've discovered something transformative: the right systems don't constrain creativity—they unleash it.

Many of us panic at the word "system," imagining complicated software and rigid structures. But here's the truth: a system is simply a documented routine, a step-by-step guide that transforms chaos into clarity. When you capture your workflow, everything becomes quicker, more effective, and significantly easier to replicate or delegate. This applies whether you're creating content, launching products, hosting events, or running group programs.

The magic happens when these systems become second nature. Suddenly, tasks that once required intense focus become so routine you can do them while watching TV. Your first attempt at systematizing any process might feel clunky, but each iteration refines it further. My mastermind participants experience this firsthand—they quickly learn exactly what to expect in each session, creating a predictable environment where everyone comes prepared and ready to make progress.

Perhaps most importantly, systems transform selling from uncomfortable to confident. When you lack a clear process for connecting potential clients with your solutions, uncertainty creeps in—and uncertainty breeds discomfort. This is precisely why I've created the "Turning Visibility Into Sales" challenge happening October 6-10. You deserve a reliable framework that helps you confidently offer your expertise to those who need it most.

Ready to stop reinventing the wheel and start building momentum? Save your seat for the Turning Visibility Into Sales Challenge and discover how the right systems can finally give your business the foundation it needs to soar.

SPEAKER_00:

One of the things that I quickly learned about myself as an entrepreneur is that I don't love systems. I love a routine, which seems odd to say, but I don't like writing down the system that I'm doing. Even though when I did finally do it, it made everything a routine. It made everything repeatable. Everything that I do is now part of a system. And I think a lot of times when we hear the word system, we get freaked out. We think, oh my goodness, it's gonna have all these pieces. I got to get on Trello. I need to be able to use this software, I gotta do click up, I gotta do all this crazy stuff. When in reality, that's not the case. A system is just step by step. What do you do? And when you have a system and you have the steps, it makes it a routine. And let's be honest, you even though you may be a creative where you feel like I need to have my creativity time, I need to be able to do what I want to do, and I can't feel like I'm stuck into a schedule. You're gonna thrive in a routine because you can, within that schedule, leave an hour, two hours, whatever amount of time you need for that creativity to take on you away and do what it is that you want to do and feel inspired and love what you're doing. But when you have a system, everything becomes much quicker, much more effective, and as you start to grow, it is much simpler to hand it off to someone else. This is true in anything in your business. Whether you are creating content via a podcast, whether you're doing it from a blog post, whether you're creating video content for YouTube or Instagram or TikTok, wherever it is. You have a step-by-step system. And when you do it in that way, it makes it much simpler. It is more of a routine for you. Sometimes you'll notice that those are the things that you choose to do in front of the TV when you're watching a show because it doesn't take a lot of hard work anymore to remember the next step because you probably have been doing it for some time. Now, I gave you examples of creating content. This is also the same type of system that you are going to create when you launch a product, or when you want to do a sale on a product, or when you want to create a product. You are creating a system so that you can walk into it, have it step by step, and it becomes a routine for you. And this way you can replicate it so that instead of doing it once and feeling totally burnt out and overwhelmed by it, you can do it again in six months or in a year, even if that's the case. And this is the same thing whether you're trying to host in-person events for a retreat or a conference, or whether you are looking to do a group program with people. Now, the first time you go to do it, that is when you are creating the system. You're gonna find certain things don't work. I'm gonna move this, I'm gonna tweak this, I'm gonna tweak that. But those step-by-step actions that you are taking are what becomes your system, your routine. So when you are thinking about anything that you are doing within your business, I want you to start thinking about what is the system that I have in place for this. When I run my masterminds, there's a system. It is very routine. Everyone in my mastermind after the first session knows exactly what to expect. And they walk in prepared and ready to go. So that when you come into it, we're going over your goals that you had for the six months and the tasks that you were supposed to have gotten done by that week. And you're gonna tell me, walk me through what were you able to accomplish and what you weren't and why. And we talk about the fact that maybe those are too many tasks that you're trying to get done in a week, or those tasks might be much bigger than you anticipated as far as the amount of time and energy they're going to take and how you can develop that then for the future when you are setting yourself up for tasks that need to get done for a week. We also make sure that those tasks are actually in a line with your six-month goals. Because as you know from my 90-day plan program, that if your tasks are not in line with your goals, why are you bothering to do them? You're just filling up space and checking off to-do lists, and we're not here for that. So that when you are looking at the system that you can have and put into place, you are then able to continue to replicate it. Mastermind, we do the same thing where we then go to hot seats, where the one of the clients they have a schedule, they know who is going to be on the hot seat, they come with a specific question in mind. And sometimes it's very specific. Take a look at the sales copy for these emails. Does this make sense? And sometimes it's helped me talk through this. This is where I'm thinking my customer needs to go next. Does it make sense? So that everyone can provide feedback. We can go to the next hot seat and wrap it up all in a nice bow. But it's a system that was put in place for mastermind. It is a routine that has been created and replicated year after year after year, group after group after group. You want to do the same thing for your programs and products that you are creating for yourself. Create that system so it makes it easier. Now, when it comes to the sales for that product or service, again, it goes back to a system. You have to be able to create it, know the step by step, and get direction. So if you have not put together a system for promoting a product or service, this could be why it feels so icky. This is why sales feels uncomfortable to you, because you don't have a system for it. So I want you to join in on the turning visibility into sales challenge, which is October 6th through the 10th, because we are gonna give you that system to make sure that you stop feeling uncomfortable and start feeling confident so that you can get your people the solution that they deserve because you know it. They don't. You have to be able to provide it for them in some way. And this is a way that you're gonna show them that you actually offer it and can give it to them. Hop right into the description and make sure you save your seat.
