Exclusive access to premium content!Ready to stop guessing and start growing? We walk through a practical, no-fluff system for finding your next right move by following the numbers, not the hype. From cleaning up your metric stack to aligning content with buyer intent, this conversation shows how to see what’s actually working, cut what isn’t, and double down where momentum already exists.
We start by reframing “more ideas” as a distraction and show how to pinpoint the channels and offers that truly drive revenue. You’ll hear how to spot audience shifts that quietly erode performance, why legacy products often linger past their prime, and how to replace vanity metrics with meaningful signals like click-to-purchase ratio, time-to-first-purchase, and stage-by-stage funnel flow. We dig into mapping content—YouTube, podcasts, and blogs—to specific customer journey stages so discovery pieces don’t carry conversion jobs they were never meant to do.
Then we get tactical: identifying your real growth levers, instrumenting events and UTMs for visibility, and running lean weekly reviews that surface what to tighten, what to turn up, and what to turn off. If you’ve been pushing the wrong offer or attracting the right people at the wrong stage, you’ll leave with a clear checklist to realign messaging, rebuild bridges in your funnel, and reclaim wasted effort. And if all this feels too close to call, we share how a focused strategy session can provide the outside perspective that unlocks compounding gains. Get on the Early Bird List for the Spooky Good Deals for deep discounts.
If this helped you think differently about where to focus next, follow the show, share it with a teammate who needs clarity, and leave a quick review so more builders can find us.
One of the trickiest things in business is being able to see what the right next step is. We often have so many different ideas and get inspired and can often chase shiny objects because we want it to be the next best thing. But what we really need to do is to reflect on what is working by looking at the numbers and the metrics. We have to see where we are actually seeing an increase in revenue, in engagement, in actual business growth before we can make strides forward. Because in doing so, we learn what levers we need to tighten up, what levers we need to continue to push, and what levers we just need to turn off. If there's a product that you have been selling for years and you have noticed that you're not getting new people opting into your list for that, it could very well be because that is not what your audience needs anymore. It could be because your audience has shifted, it has pivoted, it's not the same exact audience that you started with. And that's okay, but you have to be able to read the metrics to know that that isn't necessarily a product that you need to continue to be pushing out and attempting to launch and do content around. You need to make sure that you are actually pulling the lever that is going to continue to grow your business by focusing on the things that people are coming to you for, that people are coming and getting onto your list for and that are looking to purchase and buy. Once you figure that out, that's where you're going to see the growth within your business. Now, oftentimes we can be too close to this. It can be difficult to know what numbers to look at. We can simply say, oh, I look at my email subscribers and that and my open and my click rates. That's where I understand. That's great, but there are so many other metrics that go into figuring out what is actually driving your business. Understanding if the content that you are creating, whether it's YouTube, podcasts, or a blog post, is actually attracting an audience in the right area of the customer journey that they need to be within. And then are they continuing on the customer journey and furthering down your funnel to then go into the products and services that you offer? And in order to do this, you have to be looking at all of the pieces of information, all of the metrics that go into that to know whether or not that lever that you are turning needs to continue to be tightened up or turned down and shut down. Now, because it can be often difficult to figure this out, that is where having someone like myself to be able to look at the numbers with you, to be able to look at the strategies that you are putting into place can be so powerful and beneficial to your business, which is also one of the reasons why I am offering a marketing strategy session as part of the spooky good deals that we are offering that will go live October 26th.
