Exclusive access to premium content!Tired of racing the clock every week just to get something out? We break down a step‑by‑step batching system that frees up your calendar, builds consistency across channels, and keeps your audience engaged through the busiest months of the year.
We start with the foundation: smart keyword research that surfaces two to four timely topics your audience actually searches for. From there, we move into a video‑first workflow, recording back to back while energy and focus are high. Those recordings then flow straight into editing sprints where we export YouTube cuts, flip the same files into podcast audio with tailored intros, and keep brand quality tight. The final pass turns transcripts into refined, SEO‑ready blog posts that expand reach and capture long‑tail search, giving you discoverability and a durable content library.
Email strategy sits alongside the content machine. With a 90‑day plan in hand, we align newsletters and pre‑launch messages to seasonal promos, so your list is warmed before any offer goes live. That calendar discipline means you are never blindsiding subscribers with last‑minute launches. The heart of the system is a mindset shift: batch by action, not by topic. Recording is one mode, editing another, writing a third. When you group like actions, you cut context switching, reduce decision fatigue, and create room for better ideas. That is how small teams get two to three months ahead without burning out.
If you are ready to publish calmly through Halloween, Thanksgiving, and the December rush, this approach gives you the playbook: research, record, edit, repurpose, and schedule with intention. Join us to map your next 90 days, tighten your workflow, and build a reliable content engine that grows revenue. If you found this helpful, follow the show, share it with a creator who needs a system, and leave a quick review to tell us what you will batch first.
One of my absolute favorite things to talk about is probably batching, making sure that we are creating content so that we can get ahead. Whether it is content for a blog, a podcast, YouTube, email, whatever your marketing plan looks like for your business, if you batch, it can get you ahead. So that as we go into a busy time of year, in at the end of October with Halloween, November with Thanksgiving, and December with Christmas, we can spend that time instead, not trying to get caught up or just get something out. Instead, by batching, it is going to make it easy for you to take that time off, to be able to have a couple days extra to be able to spend with your family and friends. So you need to figure out ways that you can batch. And I often hear people talking about this, and they look at it as I'm gonna batch my blog posts, I'm gonna batch my um emails, whatever it might be. And what I want to be able to do is share the way that I do mine because I've consistently been able to get months in advance by using a simple structure. So for me, as many of you know, I create a YouTube video, which then gets turned into a podcast, which then gets turned into a blog post. Now, the way that I batch my days is I start with the recording. I'm going to record back-to-back videos. Now, in order for me to record those back-to-back videos, I had to do the keyword research ahead of time. So I do the keyword research so that I have anywhere from two to four video topics that I know I want to get recorded. Now, when I go to record, depending upon how much time I have, and if the topics are within the same line, same categories. So, in other words, in the month of November, I'm talking a great deal about 90-day plans and how to get structured for 2026 with a 90-day plan. Both of those videos, there were two of them, were recorded back to back. I simply hit record, went off my outline, and recorded those videos for both of them. Now, the next piece of what I batch is going to be to edit both of those videos. I spend time doing back-to-back video editing of two different videos. Then we turn those into a podcast. Both of those get turned into podcasts, and then from there, they both get turned into blog posts. Now, this is not something that happens all on the same day. The video recording, the editing, the normally the editing for the YouTube video and the podcast get done on the same day. And I will edit the video and immediately go to edit that same video into the podcast. And then I go to the second video to edit and edit into the podcast. And the reason for that is because it's a simple switch to just turn it over, add in the different intros that need to be for the podcast and what needs to be for the YouTube video. Then from there, a different time, a different day, I will take those, upload them, and then create the blog post based on the transcription that comes from those two different recordings or podcast recordings so that I can have those blog posts. Now the emails I do entirely separate because I need those blog posts to go live before I will send those. So I'm looking ahead at my emails and I'm getting at least two to three weeks ahead of what I want to get done based on my promo schedule, which also means that as part of my 90-day plan, I look at what promotions I'm going to be running based on the time of year and what I know my audience needs. This is what you need to be doing as well. When you're looking at those 90-day plans, figure out what promos you can run so that you can make sure when you step in to do your emails and batch out those emails that you can make sure that you are leaving time in there to be able to run those promotions so that your people know what is coming ahead of time and you're not just launching something without letting them know ahead of time it was coming. This is all part of that pre-launch phase that we've talked about so often. So when you are looking at batching, really start to think about the same type of action. It's not about getting everything checked off the list all in a row. It's about the actions that you take and what parts of the brain you're using in order to do those actions. This is how I'm able to get two to three months ahead in video and podcast and blog editing and recording and production. So if batching is something that you've been trying to struggle to get done, and you've struggled because you think you have to go from one all the way straight through to the end before you can enter into another blog post or YouTube video, you need to start breaking it into the pieces, into the techniques that you are using to get those done and doing those at the same time, batching those together. It's about the techniques that you are using that need to get batched, not about the content. Now, if batching is something that you've wondered about, this is part of a marketing strategy. And this is what I help my clients to put together. Not only does it come to this higher arching overlook at your business of a 90-day plan and what marketing strategy should you be having in place, but I also get into the nitty-gritty of what's going to work best for you and your business to help you put in practices so that you can become as consistent as possible and increase your revenue. If you haven't already gotten yourself onto the early bird list for the spooky good deals, you're going to want to make sure that you do so that you can take advantage of that 50% off of the marketing strategy session that I offer. You can find that right in the description.
