SPEAKER_00This week in Insiders, I focused our training on the idea of reflecting and refocusing for 2026. Many of you have heard me talk about the fact that I do not recommend waiting to set your goals until January of 2026. I know a lot of people like to do that. They'll wait until Christmas is over and then they'll look at January 1 and sit down to try to set their goals. And yet they're a week behind, right out of the gate, because they've gone and waited until January. So I think it's important to start talking about it in November. That is why we are talking insiders about this idea of being able to reflect on what worked, what didn't work, what systems were in place, where did you feel frustrated? Where did you feel overwhelmed? And then I want you to refocus your goals on what you can improve upon. What, where can you pull the lever and tighten it up just a little bit on something that's already working rather than trying to add in something? Many of you know that I added in YouTube last year. I did it the spring of 2025, probably like March, I think I started on YouTube really consistently creating video content each week. Now, I was great about it up until the summer. And then as soon as the summer hit, because my passion project got in the way, I was not consistent over the summer, hit the ground running again in September and have been doing it consistently ever since. But I am not seeing the views and impressions in YouTube that I expected. And because of that, many would question am I wasting my time on it? Is it something that's frustrating me? Well, in my analysis of what I'm going to do looking at 2026, YouTube is going to continue. But I know I need to focus in on better looking at keyword research, understanding YouTube better as a platform. I understand how to write a blog post. I understand how to know what people are looking for, but I don't understand it as well on YouTube. And it's clearly being seen. I'm not using a tool there. I am just using KeySearch to do blog post research and then trying to write the best possible description that I think works for my videos. I'm not remembering to reference other videos when I am doing a new video. It's a problem. I need to really start to focus in on my YouTube strategy and create an actual strategy rather than creating content that's meant for the blog and podcast and just repurposing it to put it up there. So this is why I think it's important that we all look at how do we reflect on 2025 and what are we going to refocus on on 2026? Because you're going to hear me talking about in the next month. I am doing multiple things with different clients. Inside Insiders, we are talking about the your 90-day plan. What can that look like? Um, we are at Insider's Retreat is, oh my God, next week. I can't even believe it. Um, Insiders Retreat. They are going to be walking away after the four days of an intensive talking, brainstorming, mind masterminding of with a 90-day plan for their business to kick off 2026. And then in the first week of December, I will be running a vision to plan intensive. Four days, one hour each day, where we're going to be taking key elements from the 90-day program with the worksheets and trainings to be able to implement within four days. So I want you to definitely keep an eye out for that and make sure that you are creating that 90-day plan. I know many of you listening are attending the insiders retreat or you are in insiders already. But if you are looking for something that's really gonna hold you to the fire, if you're not going to the retreat, because obviously the retreat, I'm holding you to the fire. I may even sit on you to make you do it if you try not to. But if you are not coming to the retreat and you need your hand held to the fire to get this done, you're going to want to sign up for the Vision to Plan intensive.
