Exclusive access to premium content! Most plans collapse because they start from wishes, not from what actually worked. We flip the script with a clear, practical framework for reviewing the past year, choosing revenue-focused 90-day goals, and mapping projects and tasks to the reality of your calendar. Along the way, we share why we’re prioritizing live teaching in the coming year and how community Q&A sharpens offers, uncovers blind spots, and accelerates results.
We begin by stress-testing the idea of “scale what works.” Instead of chasing new tactics, we look at the numbers that matter: where leads originate, how they convert, how quickly cash returns, and which efforts truly move revenue. From there, we build a 90-day plan that favors depth over breadth—two primary goals, each supported by a small set of high-impact projects. This structure keeps you focused and makes it easy to say no to work that doesn’t ladder up to outcomes.
Then we get tactical. You’ll hear how to plot tasks against a real schedule, not an ideal week, so you protect time for deep work and avoid the common trap of overcommitting. If the math shows you can’t breathe, you cut scope or push a third goal to next quarter. We also outline our upcoming live, online workshops designed to help you implement: step-by-step sessions on product rollout, system building, and a Vision to Plan Intensive running December 1–4 with replays available. Whether you’re preparing for 2026 or just trying to regain control of your weeks, this conversation gives you a simple system you can use tomorrow.
If this resonated, join the Vision to Plan Intensive today!
Scale What Already Works
SPEAKER_00We can often find ourselves going through the day-to-day work, simply getting things done that we've always done in the past. And if you've heard me talk about the idea of scaling your business, we've talked about this idea that it's important that you turn levers that are already working within your business. Now you have to make sure that you are using numbers, you're actually going back and determining if you're hitting your goals and what that looks like so that you can determine if you're really setting the right goals and resulting in revenue in your business. Now, in order for all of this to happen, you have to be able to look at what you were already doing. You have to take a look back at the last year, 2025, and really determine what moved the needle, what didn't, what are you gonna let go of, what works, what feels more in alignment with you. Many of you that are in insiders have had heard me talk about the fact that when I was planning for 2025, I looked back at 2024 and felt like I was missing pieces of connecting with my community, having the opportunity to really step into where I'm best, which is teaching live. So in 2025, I planned to do four different live events, all online, where you could come in via Zoom just like I do in Insiders and be able to get questions answered while I walked you through specific steps to take within your business. Some of it was to be able to get out a product, some of it was to create systems, and some of it might it could be very well be the vision to plan intensive that some of you are already getting your seats for that's coming December 1st through the 4th. But what you want to always make sure you are doing is reflecting on where you have come, what has worked, what hasn't, so that when you do look at how I can tighten up something, how can I squeeze even more out of what I'm already doing, that you know what has done well in the past. So when you are looking to set put together your 90-day goals for 2026, I want you to reflect back first and really start to look at what worked, what didn't, and what can I tighten up. Now, if you are someone listening and you're thinking there are just too many tasks that are out there, I get overwhelmed when I have this all put together to go into my projects and into my goals. What I want to tell you is there is a specific system. You have to be able to choose a goal that is going to move the needle on your business with revenue, but also be able to set it up in a way that is practical for where you are trying to go within your schedule. Many of you have different schedules, so you have to look at how I can plot out these tasks. One of the questions I was actually asked today in Insiders was when I'm looking at all of my tasks and my what my goals are, how do I know that maybe I need to move one of these goals to next quarter? Because I plan three and I feel like I'm only gonna get two done. And the key to this is actually plotting out the tasks that are connected to the projects that are connected to the goal. And if you are plotting these out and you barely are going to have time to breathe within your day, to take a lunch, to grab a cup of coffee, then your goals are too intense. And that is when if you have three goals, I would tell you push that third goal to the second quarter and focus on those first two that are going to actually potentially move the needle faster for your business. And then you can look at that third goal for quarter two. Because if you're finding that you have so many tasks lined up, but you they're not seeming to have enough time in the day, that is going to be a problem. You have to be able to plan out your day, know where you're looking to go, of course, with your vision and your goals, but actually have a strategy in place to plot out those tasks within your calendar. Now, if you are someone looking for help, the accountability to get this done with a system in place for your 90-day plan that you're going to be setting up for 2026, then I want you to join me in the vision to plan intensive. We're running it December 1st through the 4th. It's one hour per day done live via Zoom, where there's also a replay in case you can't come all four days. But I want you to save your seat now and mark it on your calendar because I know this time of year gets busy. And the biggest mistake you can make is to wait to put together your goals until January because you're already gonna be hind if you do that. So let's get this planned out. Let's make sure we are set up for success as we move into 2026.
