Exclusive access to premium content! What if the fastest path to momentum was not a bigger launch, but a smaller plan that fits your real life? Fresh off our Insider’s Retreat, we share the breakthroughs that shifted how we set goals, build accountability, and choose what actually moves a business forward. Sitting face to face with founders who truly understand our work reminded us why proximity matters: conversations go deeper, feedback gets sharper, and commitment sticks.
We break down a practical 90-day planning system designed for real calendars and real constraints. Instead of forcing a full course launch to a list of 100, we map outcomes like “record every lesson,” “finalize curriculum,” and “prep sales assets,” while growing the list with a measurable target. You’ll hear how to assign numbers to goals, create a simple scoreboard, and pair each objective with the smallest set of steps that guarantee completion. We also share the weekly anchors we rely on—review Fridays and focused co-working sprints—so progress continues even when life gets noisy.
The theme running through it all is community as a tool. Accountability hits different when your peers speak your language and can push on the exact lever that’s stuck. You’ll leave with a clear structure for your next quarter: how to size goals to your capacity, measure what matters, and protect time for deep work without overcommitting. If you’re ready to trade overwhelm for steady wins, this conversation is your blueprint.

From Retreat To Real Talk
SPEAKER_00I am on my way home from Insider's Retreat, and there are so many things that I want to share with you in order for you to be able to take away some of the key moments without having been there. Now I can tell you this: there's nothing that's gonna replace being in person, getting to understand other people's businesses, the way that we feel about our businesses, the way that our life impacts our businesses. And I think when you get to know people on a personal level, it just takes it an entirely different route. You have the accountability not only from making sure that you're getting your business tasks completed, but you have accountability personally from people that actually understand your business, they understand what you do. How many times do you try to explain to a friend what it is that you do and they don't have a clue? So if you are someone that knows that you need to get a 90-day plan together, you want to be able to come together in person to be able to really understand what the next steps are for your business. I want you to get on the wait list for next year's Insider's Retreat. It will be in November. I am definitely doing this again. It is one of these life-changing experiences, and I can honestly say that not only as the host of the retreat, but also for those that attend, there was a lot of shifts in mindset and a lot of emotions that were shared. I think I got a couple people to cry, including myself. So, with that being said, for Unhinged this week, I want to share some of the biggest takeaways that I have. And I think that the first thing was the fact that when it comes to writing your 90-day goals, these goals don't have to be huge, they don't have to be mind-blowing. It's 90 days in the next 90 days, starting in January. What do you have going on in your business and in your personal life? Because you have to plan accordingly. You cannot make these huge expectations to push out a brand new course and do it with a list of a hundred people. There has to be realistic steps that you're going to take. A goal could be to complete that course, have everything recorded, have everything ready to go. Another goal could be to be growing your email list at the same time simultaneously, and you will need to put a number on it. What percentage are you looking to grow it by so that you can actually measure whether or not that is taking place? I think a lot of times that when I talk with clients, we talk about putting in your goals, even for my mastermind clients. They think that it has to be this huge ongoing endeavor that they're taking in that's going to make their business totally different. It's going to change something in it, it's going to include new products, it's just going to be monumental in what they are doing. And your goals when you set 90-day goals do not need to be that way. They need to be attainable and achievable so that you don't get overwhelmed by everything that you have. So if you are someone listening and you feel that you could use some help with your 90-day goals, I'm telling you, you're going to want to join the Vision to Plan Intensive that is coming the first week in December. I'm going to not only walk you through the specific elements that you need to have within your 90 day plan, but you're also going to get the accountability to get it done. We will be doing co-working sessions so that you know exactly what you should be completing and are going to be held accountable to it. We're gonna link to it in the show notes so that you can make sure that you join in.
