Ever feel like you’re sprinting through a 90-day plan but barely moving? We break down a practical method for turning small, daily actions into undeniable momentum. Instead of waiting for big breakthroughs, we show how micro wins—sent emails, finished drafts, consistent outreach—stack into weekly milestones and real progress you can feel. No complicated dashboards required; a simple notebook or habit app is enough when used with intention.

We lay out a clear system: define what counts as a win, track it daily, celebrate with purpose, and reflect weekly so you can adjust fast. You’ll learn how to avoid the perfection trap that stalls progress, why acknowledgment boosts consistency, and how to connect actions to outcomes. We talk through categories that reveal patterns—productivity, mindset, pipeline, delivery, personal—and how to keep the process light so you stick with it. The goal isn’t more hustle; it’s proof you’re moving forward.

You’ll also hear how the “snowball” effect applies beyond money: small wins gather mass and speed, building confidence and pulling you toward your 90-day goals. We share prompts for a five-minute weekly review—What worked? What can improve?—and ideas for meaningful rewards that actually refuel you. If you want accountability, we invite you to plug into a mastermind where this system comes to life and your progress gets noticed.

Why Progress Feels Stuck

It is very likely that if you are setting a 90-day plan for yourself, that it can feel like you're working hard and hitting some of the milestones, but somehow it feels like you're running in place. You're not sure if you're actually moving forward. And today I'm gonna really talk to you about how to track your wins in a way that actually fuels your momentum so that every small step propels you closer to your goals. We want you to feel that. So the biggest reason why we want to make sure that we are tracking our wins is because it actually reinforces progress and confidence. You're going to not feel as much overwhelm because you're actually highlighting things that you have accomplished, achievements that you have made. And when doing this, it actually encourages that consistency and persistence. So you want to make sure that daily you are actually tracking your wins. They don't have to be huge wins, they can be little milestones, but we want to make sure that we're tracking them because if you track them poorly, it is likely that you're going to start to obsess over perfection. And what in doing so, you're going to lose sight of the bigger picture, which is that 90-day goals that you set for yourselves. So making sure that you are tracking those milestones each day with a win may seem small right now, but it is going to add up to be able to build up the momentum. If you start waiting for big wins only, you're going to end up going into that feeling of perfection and start to get overwhelmed. So it's really important that when we are tracking these, that we start by breaking it into actionable steps for you on how to track. So the first thing we want to do is define what counts as a win. It can be a daily, just micro win. It doesn't have to be huge, like I said. You finished a task, you made a call, you sent an email, you stayed consistent. And you also want to be looking at weekly or long-term milestones so that you can start to look at some of the bigger projects that you might be completing, the bigger things that you feel like you're doing. Now, when you are going through and tracking them daily as well as that weekly one, you want to use a simple system for it. Doesn't have to be this extravagant Excel spreadsheet that you are putting together. It could simply be something that you are following in completing in a physical journal, a digital tracker, or even a habit app. Something that you know that you're putting down each win each day. You could go as far as color coding or categorizing by the type of win. So for example, if it was productivity mindset, personal, um, if you're focusing on email growth, whatever it might be that you are doing, you could potentially categorize this. But again, don't make this more difficult than it needs to be. Let's keep it simplified so that the purpose of it is to just get those tracking of the wins. And then you want to make sure that you are celebrating intentionally. Short actual acknowledgement for that small win is going to be important because as you get to a major milestone, you want to be able to have bigger rewards. So thinking about what it is that you value. Is it going to do some self-care? Is it getting to spend time with a friends or family or whatever it might be that's important to you? I want you to set this up ahead of time and make sure that you actually celebrate. And then the final step of this is going to be to reflect and adjust. I want you to ask yourself, what worked? What can you improve? And by doing this, you're going to help maintain momentum instead of feeling stagnated and feeling like you can't continue to move forward, or as if you, like we said in the beginning, are running in place. It's important that you are listing these milestones that you are hitting with your wins because as you stack each of these wins, it's going to start to get the ball rolling. You often hear me talking about the snowball, debt snowball I talk about because it's Dave Ramsey's way of paying down debt. Actually, having wins and building momentum works the same way. As you continue to make those small little wins written down, and it starts to go into a bigger snowball, into a boulder that is now ripping down the hill and getting you closer to those 90-day goals. So really make sure that you are tracking these and completing them so that you can have that momentum in what you are doing. I want you to take today and set aside an opportunity, set up a time in your calendar where you're going to be tracking these wins so that you can make sure that you are hitting them. Now, if you are looking for more accountability, let me try again, more accountability. I want you to make sure that you're in a mastermind. As those of you that are already in a mastermind, you know that this is what we are starting to implement this past quarter in making sure that we are keeping track of wins because it is so important in building up the momentum. So if you haven't already joined in on a mastermind, make sure that you fill out the application and we will get you into one as soon as we can.
