Fear says pause; momentum says move. We dig into the quiet ways limiting beliefs stall your 90-day goals and share a practical, five-step framework to break the cycle. You’ll hear how to spot the story you repeat, test it against facts, and flip it into a belief that drives action instead of avoidance.

We start by defining what a limiting belief looks like in real life—hesitation before you ship, the itch to compare your results to someone else’s, and the habit of bailing right before progress would show. From there, we walk through each step: identifying the exact sentence that trips you up, questioning it with evidence, reframing it into a clear, empowering alternative, taking small actions even when fear is loud, and reinforcing the shift by tracking daily wins. Expect simple language, grounded examples, and a bias toward movement over perfection.

Along the way, we unpack common blockers like I don’t have time and I’m not ready, and show how to audit your day, create a minimum daily action, and separate real output from endless research. We highlight why celebrating effort—sending the pitch, publishing the draft, booking the call—builds a reliable identity as someone who learns by doing. If you want accountability and community, we also extend an invite to our women’s mastermind designed to help you track wins and hit goals together.

SPEAKER_00:

Earlier in the week, I talked a bit about not letting self-sabotage be what brings you to a screeching halt when it comes to your 90-day goals. And I wanted to actually develop that a little bit further for you and give you five steps to take so that you can break free from those limiting beliefs. Now, if you're wondering what I mean by a limiting belief, it's something where it's going to block your growth and creativity. It creates fear, procrastination, and self-doubt. And it will actually feed a negative cycle in your business and life. So if you are finding yourself, whether it is from self-sabotage or hesitation, from the fear of failure or success, or actually repeatedly giving up before results appear and then possibly comparing yourself to others excessively, then the this is the five-step process that I want you to take to break free. The very first step is to identify your limiting belief. You have to actually take the opportunity to listen to your inner dialogue and journal potentially of what that recurring negative thought is. I'm not good at enough. I'm going to fail. I don't have enough time. I'm bothering people. What is it that you are believing? The next step, which is step two, is I want you to question it. Ask yourself, is this actually true? Or you could ask, what evidence do I have for this belief? If you're telling yourself that you don't have enough time, prove it. I want to see your day. I want to know exactly where you could potentially be getting, telling me that there's not enough time to get certain things in. Step three, I want you to reframe your belief. Replace it with an empowering alternative. So, for example, if you're saying I'm not ready, reframe it to say I can learn and grow as I go. So it's about the idea that you are know that you're gonna make mistakes. How can you learn and grow from it? That's the important piece. Step four is to take action despite fear. And you want to make sure, like we've talked about in the past, that there's small, consistent actions that actually reinforce this new belief. So if your new belief was that you can learn and grow as you go, I wanna be able to see that there's constant action moving towards that. Not just constant action of researching things, but actual action that you are putting in the effort and taking steps forward. And I want you to make sure that when you are in this phase, that you emphasize momentum over perfection. Perfection will get you caught. You will not be able to move forward, you will continue to question everything. So in order to continue to move forward, you have to emphasize the momentum, which is why we did the exercise yesterday with making sure that you're keeping track of your wins. And then your step five is to reinforce and celebrate progress. You want to make sure that you are whether it is using affirmations, journaling, or reflecting to solidify the shift that you are actually making. And you want it to be celebrated with courage and it not just be about outcomes. It doesn't have to be about hitting a huge milestone or goal like we talked about yesterday. It needs to be a small win forward. So when you are looking at this, I really want you to be able to take these five steps to identify and then reframe what you are thinking so that you can gain the momentum that you need in order to hit your goals. Now, if you are looking for like minded women that are going to push you, that are going to make you track your wins and hit your goals at the same time, make sure if you are not already in a mastermind with my within my programs that you fill out an application to be in one. I would love to have you in there.
