Why Different Programs Exist

I have many programs that I absolutely love. I wouldn't have created a program if I didn't love it. I wouldn't have created something if I didn't think that there was value in it. But I also create things because I know that everybody learns differently. And not only do you learn differently, but you also have different personalities. So some of you may work really well in a group program, while others may be better off for a one-on-one. And sometimes this really makes a difference not only in your learning style and in how quickly you want to get through the content, right? As a former teacher, you know that I obviously was in the classroom and I believed in teaching kids at their different levels: auditory, visual, being able to have motor skills involved, all of these different types. And one of the things that I've always said about myself is that I am a master teacher. I know how to explain something to you multiple ways so that it clicks and you understand how to move forward. Now, one of the other pieces of this is not simply just how you have a tendency to learn and how you take in information, but it's also how your personality feels within certain situations. There are personalities that are not going to want to have a group program where there are others asking questions that they feel may be slowing them down. They would rather a direct approach that's going to tell them exactly what to do, and they are then going to take it and move towards it. Now, a one-on-one program for that, a mastermind, depending upon how I'm able to put together the group, may work well for that. Now, other personalities may love the fact of a group. And if that is your type of personality, where you want others around you who understand you and accept you and are going to help you move along in a harmonious environment, then a group program might be great for you. I want to know exactly why I'm doing it and how I'm gonna get there. I'm gonna use data in order to decide upon that. Sometimes a one-on-one program can work, but also you may find that an actual course is the perfect fit for you because it is step-by-step. It gives you all of the pieces. So if you are someone who is looking to create that 90-day plan for yourself, the 90-day plan program could be exactly what you are looking for because it's going to give you the step-by-step of where you need to go. It's important when you are trying to figure out what's the right program for me as someone listening or as a potential student that you really look at what do I like? What am I missing? What do I need? I have very different personalities in some of my masterminds. I have some that are very direct, very straightforward. And I have others that want more of harmonies. They want everyone to not feel like they want everyone to feel comfortable and to continue to move forward with each other while nurturing and being each other's cheerleaders. And that is the amazing thing about Mastermind. Many of you have probably heard me talk about Mastermind, is that it's always has been one of my favorite programs. It really is. And it's because I am very good at putting the right personalities together, to figuring out who needs what and why do they need it. Not just strategies and practices, but also the types of personalities that will work well with each other and bloom together so that they continue to help each other grow.
