Stop handing AI your to-do list and start handing it the steering wheel. We walk through a practical shift—from “assistant” to “operations manager”—so your planning, revenue targets, and daily execution finally work together instead of pulling you in ten directions.

We start by grounding everything in a 90-day plan. Three clear goals, projects that ladder into those goals, and tasks that make progress visible week by week. You’ll hear how to load AI with real context—your audience, offers, pricing, and past performance—so it can stress-test your goals, flag weak links, and keep you aligned with your mission. No calendar guilt here: you can start mid-February, mid-month, or whenever momentum is real.

Then we zoom out to money. Using reverse engineering, we map an annual revenue target into achievable monthly numbers. We model mixes across products and services, translate capacity into income, and identify where pricing, bundling, or retiring offers can lift profit. From there, we connect the dots to execution: AI drafts SOPs for repeatable processes, builds a weekly KPI check-in, and suggests fast experiments when a campaign lags. The result is a pathway for profit that’s clear, flexible, and measurable.

If you’re a therapist or counselor, we tailor the framework to your practice: caseload caps, ethical guardrails, fee structures, referrals, and group programs. You’ll learn how to protect clinical focus while building a sustainable business engine. Ready to turn plans into outcomes? Join the Practice to Profit Summit.

SPEAKER_00:

When I first started talking about AI, I often used to refer to it as your assistant, someone that you could help brainstorm, someone that could outline, someone that could come in and be kind of like a sounding board. Now, what I want you to start to shift to think about, because thinking of it as an assistant is the first step. But then the next step is to turn it into your operations manager. You are creating 90-day plans. As an example, we're gonna start with that. If you have taken my 90-day plan program, you have my 90-day plan workbook. In the workbook, there are multiple prompts for you to go through to help you make sure that your plan is in line with your mission for your business and where you are trying to go. Now, those prompts are not only meant for you to brainstorm, but they also can be used in AI, especially if you've been using it for a longer amount of time. It already has background information about you and your business, about who you are trying to attract, about the products and services that you offer. You've probably already loaded sales pages and helped it have you create sales sequences. So now what I want you to do is I want you to go in and use that 90-day plan prompt for that workbook that you have and have it help you create and brainstorm ideas so that you can make sure that you stick to your 90-day plan. We are in the middle of February right now. So we are halfway through Q1. I know some of my clients and some of my audience wasn't quite on track and ready to start it right at the beginning of January. And if that's you and you haven't started yet, that's okay. That's the great thing about a 90-day plan. It doesn't have to go by the calendar year. You don't have to do Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4. You can start your 90 days whenever it works best for you. So if your 90-day plan right now is not quite where it needs to be, a little off-center, maybe to the left. Um, I want you to use that workbook and use AI to help you create this stronger 90-day plan that you can actually follow with the idea of you have three goals. You're going to decide what the projects are in order to help you hit those goals. And then what are those tasks you need to do for those projects? AI will help you create this. So use the prompts in the workbook in order to help you do that. Now that's an example using your 90-day plan. Let's say that you wanted to reverse engineer your revenue goals. So you're not sure what your actual goals are going to be for your 90 days, maybe. Let's just say you know that for you're starting off big picture for the year, you want to make a certain amount of revenue. Well, how are you going to make that revenue? Again, this is where you can go into AI. I have a goal of reaching this amount of revenue. These are the products and services and price points that I have. This is what I have done in the past year. What can I look to do this year? How can I make sure that I'm promoting the right products in order to hit the revenue goal that I have for the year? With the idea, again, that you can go back and help it then from reverse engineering your revenue goal to help you create that 90D plan so that you can actually hit it. We have to stop thinking of AI as the basics within your business and start using it more at the CEO level, more of the bigger picture for your business, not just the tasks that you're gonna check off and get done within your business. If you don't have a pathway for profit, this is the best way to get started. Start with that revenue goal, start with the way in which you are already making revenue for the past year. And then I want you to go in and talk through the programs that you have so that it can get a better idea of what it would look like to break that revenue into the pieces so that you can hit that goal. That is a profit for path, that is a pathway for profit if you break it down that way because you have an idea of where you are trying to go and how you are going to get there. Now, if you are someone that is a therapist or counselor and you are looking to make sure that you are on point, you could use a little bit of making sure that you are doing the right things within your business, then I want to invite you to join the Profit to Practice summit. This is gonna be held March 2nd through the 4th. It is three days. Experts coming in and speaking specifically to therapists and counselors. If you're not a therapist and counselor, this is not the right summit for you. So I don't want you to be disappointed. You're still gonna get tons of great information from you. But if you are a counselor or therapist, you absolutely should be signed up for the Practice to Profit summit. You can join in, it'll be linked in the show notes.
