Stop chasing trends and start building a business that runs on clear decisions, aligned offers, and predictable revenue. We walk through how to plan like a CEO, protect weekly CEO time, and turn your content from a guessing game into a conversion engine that supports a focused product or service.

We dig into the power of 90‑day planning and why quarterly cycles beat vague annual targets. You’ll hear how to define a revenue design for the next quarter, reverse‑engineer the math behind your goal, and translate it into projects that actually ship: offer refinement, a simple launch plan, and content that educates, proves, and invites the sale. Instead of posting more, you’ll learn to build a message that meets your audience’s needs and moves them step by step from awareness to decision with clarity and proof.

We also share details on our live Vision To Plan Intensive, a four‑day, hands‑on sprint where we map vision to revenue, set goals, and lock in a strategic plan. Expect co‑working, real‑time feedback, and accountability to finish the work, not just collect notes. If you’re ready to think like a CEO, stay the course, and stop pivoting every week, this conversation gives you the structure to commit, measure what matters, and see your efforts compound.

If this resonates, subscribe, share with a friend who needs strategic focus, and leave a quick review to tell us your next 90‑day goal.

Plan Your Business Like A CEO

SPEAKER_00

Recently, you have heard me talking a lot about planning your business like a CEO, having those CEO days worked into your actual week so that you can make sure that you are focusing on these CEO level planning and processes that need to go into be put into place so that you can really start looking at your overall business as from the higher position of a CEO rather than someone working within it. So when CEOs are planning, they think differently than creators. You've heard me specifically speaking about this a lot this week because I think that we often think it's content creation, content creation, content creation. And you have heard me shift over the years of it not being about content creation, about being products and services. That the content that you are going to create needs to be in line with those products and services so that it helps you create convert to those products and services. So this is really an important part of when you are trying to plan like a CEO, that you start thinking about your revenue design and then creating the goals around that with the strategy that then needs to be put in place. When you are looking at your business as a CEO, you are strategic versus reactive. You're not watching to see what is trending. You're not looking to see, oh, if is this gonna stick when you throw it against the wall to see if it's actually gonna work. You already understand your people. You know what they need, and you are creating content that shows that the product or service that you offer is going to do that. So, what we also do as a CEO is we plan quarterly versus annually. Instead of looking at a full year and simply saying, This is the amount of money that I want to make. We that are starting to look at our 90 days and saying, okay, this is the revenue design, and here's the steps on how to get to that. And this is why I'm talking more and more about this, because as CEOs, you're able to really start staying the course rather than pivoting, rather than trying latest trends and seeing what works and what doesn't work. And I personally have realized that I want to work with those that are looking at it this way because you're not less likely to pivot. You're less likely to throw your hands up and say, Oh, this isn't working after a week. You're gonna stay the course, you're gonna figure out how it is impacting and actually affecting your revenue that is coming in because you are making sure that the content you're creating is in line with it. Now, part of the 90-day plan that you create needs to make sure that it is thinking about this revenue design that then goes into the strategy for it. And within our vision to plan intensive, that is going to be held live March 23rd through the 25th, through 24, 25, 26th, excuse me, because it's four days. It is going to be live, and we are going to be working through the four phases of figuring out that defining and refining that vision based on past results, then looking at your revenue design for the next 90 days, coming up with those goals that are going to help you hit those, and then having a strategic plan put into place to hit those goals. So everything flows from that vision right down into the steps that you have to put in place. Now, if you haven't already signed up for that, you still can. The link is right there in the show notes for you so that you can get signed up for that. We will be kicking that off March 23rd live via Zoom and we will be having co-working time to make sure that you get any questions answered, but actually to make sure that you get the plan in place. Because many times people will sign up for a course or for a program and they'll go through it, but they don't actually do the follow-through. And this is my way of being that teacher and saying, nope, I can see you. Let's go, let's get this done. Where are you stuck? Let's move you forward so that you can have that plan in place for yourself so that you can get this done and hit the goals that you want to be hitting in the next 90 days. So join in, go right into the comments or into the section below, and you will be able to sign up.
