How to Launch an Online Offer (Without a Huge Audience)
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
What if your next online launch didn’t require a massive audience, a maze of funnels, or living on social media all day? We’re challenging one of the most common beliefs in digital marketing: that you need a huge following to make real sales. The truth is simpler and a lot more encouraging. When trust is high and your message is clear, even a small audience can convert.
We talk through why social media conversion rates are often low and why building on rented attention can sabotage your launch strategy. Then we shift to what works: email marketing that builds a real relationship. You’ll hear how to grow an email list with an opt-in lead magnet that creates a quick win, proves your authority, and naturally points to your paid offer as the complete transformation. If you’ve ever wondered how to “nurture” without sounding awkward, we lay out what to send, how to invite replies, and how to keep engagement genuine.
From there, we map a clean launch framework built for service-based business owners: warm up your audience, host one simple online event like a presentation or webinar, then invite people into the offer with confidence. No sleazy tactics, no hard selling, just a clear invitation that respects your audience and your work. If you’re ready for a step-by-step structure, we also point you toward Launch To Profit.
Welcome And The Launch Promise
SPEAKER_00Welcome to Coptic with Professor with me. This podcast is for experts and service-based business owners and we're ready to chart our model into sustainable income without working more hours of working out. Each week we'll have it to have a transform what you already do. Yep. Not the other way around. If you're ready to move beyond trading time for money and build profit with intention, you're in the right place. What if I told you that you could successfully have an online launch without needing complicated funnels or a huge social media following? Today I'm going to show you the exact strategy that you are going to need in order to have a successful launch to get your impact out there. At this point, you've created a product or service that needs to get out to the masses. You know that you can make a huge impact with the message that you bring and that the solution that you solve through your product or service. But you may not have a huge following. Here's what I'm here to tell you though. It's okay. You don't need to have a huge following. You just need to have that product that solves the problem for your audience, and you need to find a way in order to engage with them. We don't need complicated funnels. We need to be able to grow an audience that is going to want to purchase. And the way in which we are going to do that is to continually engage with them, make sure that we are talking to them about the problems that they have and show that our product or service is the solution. Audience size is one of the biggest things that is overrated when it comes to launching a product. Many people believe that they have to have a ginormous social media following in order for people to buy their product or service. But that's not actually true. Conversion on social media is at its all-time low because social media platforms want to keep you on the social media platform. They don't want you to go somewhere else to purchase a product or service to another website. So because of that, it's conversion is extremely low. Now, not only are you having to deal with not wanting them to get off the platform, but you're also dealing with the fact that most people are not actually seeing what is being shared on social media. So because of this, you don't need to have a huge social media following. Instead, what we want to do is create a strong email list, which is going to build trust. When you have trust with your audience, they are more likely to take that action and actually convert into buying your product or service. Now, in order to grow that email list, you are going to want to offer an opt-in or lead magnet that is going to continue to solve their problem. And it's not just gonna educate them, it's also going to show how your product, the full product that they need to pay for, is the next step because you're going to start to give them solutions and a small transformation and then show them how the product or service is the complete transformation. Now, as you build trust with your audience, you are also going to want to get them to engage with you, which is why we talk about having that email list, nurturing them, but also inviting them to take action when you are emailing them. So sending them to content that is going to continue to show that you are an authority and one in which has a product or service that will solve their problem. As you do this, you build more and more trust, and your audience is more likely to take that action of purchasing your product or service. When you have a small audience, you don't need to have a ginormous launch where you're putting out Facebook ads or attempting to do a whole social media campaign. Instead, you need three simple steps. You're going to first warm up your audience. So you're going to be talking about the fact that you have a product or service, that you've created this because you've been asked 36 different times throughout a week how to fix a problem that your audience is continually having. And you created this product or service in order to solve that problem. So you're going to warm them up, letting them know that this is happening. The next thing you're going to do is you're going to host a simple event. This doesn't have to be an in-person event, it can be online, such as hosting a presentation or a webinar. Now, I know a lot of people will hear the word webinar and think, oh, that's going to be sales me. No. You're still going to educate them and then show them the next steps of how your product is the right fit for their audience. Now, once you have shown them that your product is the right fit for your audience, you're going to invite people into the offer. You want to provide them with an opportunity. And here's the thing it's an invitation. It's not a sale. When we think sales, we often think sleazy, having all sorts of tactics that go into it. When you actually are doing this, we just want to invite them to take the opportunity to buy the product or service. And when you come at it from that mindset, not only is it simpler for you, but it's also simpler for your audience to make that want and need for your product or service. The big thing that I want you to make sure that you were focusing on during these three steps of warming up your audience, hosting that event, and then inviting them to it is that I want you to focus on engagement, getting replies, hitting replies so that they can talk to you in email, potentially sending them to be able to get direct messages, whether that's through TechMax Message, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, DMs, whatever it might look like for you. But again, this isn't a sleazy, pushy way in which we're doing this. We're just naturally inviting them to take the opportunity to fix the problem with the solution that you offer through your product or service. Now, in order to do this, there's a simple launch framework that we are gonna jump into. The first thing that you have to make sure that you do is of course build interest. So you're letting them know, talking about the problems that they are having, so that you can show that you have the solution. Now, again, we go back to that whole idea. You're a therapist in a room, you're hearing 36 different times throughout a week that they are struggling with this particular subject, whether it is psychoeducation, whether it is how to figure out how to better control their nervous system, what solutions are you providing? And that's what you've created your product or service for. So as you're doing this and you are talking to your email list, the people that are in your everyday, you're building interest about the solution that you have created based on their needs. You're then going to teach the problem. Not the solution, you're teaching the problem. What is it that they are struggling with and making sure that you're sharing stories, explaining it, letting them see themselves and others' actual footprints. So as you are doing it, I want to make sure that you actually provide them with some of the stories of potential others that have come to you with these problems that you have helped solve. And then you're going to present the solution, which is going to be that the product or service that you offer, what is the overall solution that you are giving them? Is it that control of their nervous system? Is it the education about where their trauma may stem from? So think about this as you're going through. What is that solution? You give them the problem, you give them them the solution that goes along with it. And then finally, you're going to invite people to join. Again, it's an invitation, which means they can say yes or they can say no. You're not hard selling, you're just inviting them to make the purchase. It's that simple. Now, if you are someone listening and you want the complete step-by-step on how to launch a product to your audience because you're not sure of exactly where to go, then I want you to take a look at launch it. If you have expertise and a small audience and you have put together a product or service and now you're not sure how to get it out to the masses, you think that you're gonna be able to say once on Facebook that you have put together this product and that's how people are going to purchase, then I want you to take a look at launch to profit. It is the complete step-by-step course that is going to provide you with the structure that you need in order to launch this offer that you have created that is so needed and so impactful out to your audience so that you can invite them to purchase. So if you haven't already grabbed it, make sure that you do. And I will talk to you all soon.
