Less noise. More clarity. 3 premium episodes each week to help you grow smarter!

Summer can make even solid business owners feel itchy. Sales feel quieter, engagement dips, and suddenly the brain goes to extremes: new offer, new niche, new everything. We’re here to pull you back from that ledge. Rather than burning things down, we take a steadier approach that keeps your business intact and your confidence high: look at the data, run a simple audit, and let the numbers tell you what deserves your attention.

We dig into the practical metrics that cut through the noise, including email open rates, click-through rates, and how your homepage and sales pages are converting. We talk about finding your website hotspots, spotting where people drop off, and using that insight to make small, high-impact changes instead of chasing constant launches or pumping out more content just to feel busy. If you’ve been guessing, this is your permission slip to stop guessing.

Then we zoom out to your 90-day goals. If you set quarterly goals and haven’t revisited them, now is the perfect moment to check where you’re behind, where you’re ahead, and what tasks actually move the needle. We also talk about planning for your busy season while things are calmer, so your systems and messaging are ready when your audience comes back and starts asking questions again. If you want support mapping your year and resetting your 90-day plan, apply for the Insider’s Retreat.

If this helps, subscribe, share it with a friend who’s spiraling this summer, and leave a quick review so more business owners can find it.

Do Not Burn It Down

Jenny

If you've been following me for any amount of time and you have lasted through a summer season, you have heard me talk about the idea that you never burn things down during the summer. And I need to remind you of that.

Audit The Data That Matters

Jenny

So instead, what I want you to do is I want you to get into almost not necessarily the weeds, but I want you to do some research into your business. Rather than feeling like this is the time to launch or this is the time to put out sales emails or this is the time to put out more content. I want you to look at the data. I want you to see what the data actually tells you. Look at those numbers, look at open rate, look at correct click rates. Um, look and see what your conversion is on your actual pages as far as sales pages, as far as your homepage, where are your hotspots, what are people clicking through to? I want you to do more or less an audit of your business right now so that you can start to look at where do I need to focus so that I do not feel the need to burn it down over the summer.

Revisit Your 90-Day Goals

Jenny

And in order for you to do this, it's also important that you take a look at your 90-day goals. What were your goals for these past three months? Because we're about halfway through, if you're doing it by quarter, we're about halfway through your second set of 90 days. So I want you to revisit those 90-day goals and look and see where are you missing, where have you kind of felt fallen off the wagon as far as your tasks that you're supposed to be doing in order to hit those goals? And are you above and beyond where you anticipated you would be for those goals? These are all things that I want you to make sure that you're taking a look at. This is the overall data within your business that can help you determine what is actually happening, what is working, what is not working, where your focus needs to be, and to make sure that you don't have that knee jerk reaction to try to build to burn it

Lay Bricks For Busy Season

Jenny

down. You can look at planning ahead. We know that summer can often be a slower season for a lot of us, depending upon what type of content we create and products and services. So, with that in mind, I want you to start planning for your busy time. This is a time to make sure that your bricks are laid really well so that you can hit the ground running when people do come back, when people are asking those questions. Now, if you're someone listening and you're thinking, uh, I this is not a slow season for me, I just want you to keep on going. Keep looking at those 90-day goals, know what you had set for yourself and really make sure that you are continuing to follow along with what you had anticipated for yourself. Now, if you are someone listening and you're like, I haven't gotten my 90-day goals, I haven't gone back to it, I did them for the beginning of the year and I didn't revisit it. This is the perfect time to go back into the 90-day program and do

that. If you feel like you need some hand holding in order to get those 90-day goals done, I want you to check out the insider's retreat. This is where we do a deep dive into your business and we're able to really make a map for ourselves of what the year is going to look like and make sure that our 90 goals are set up in the way in which we can then just redo them the similarly to what we've already done. We understand the systems that we put in place, we understand how to put them back into action after the first 90 days is over. So we're gonna link to that in the show notes so you can make sure that you check that out, put in an application. We would love to have you with us.
