Most people have never been taught how to seek and or accept feedback; therefore, a typical reaction in the workplace to feedback is whether people agree or disagree with the feedback. This leads to dangerous interactions in the workplace when in fact the role of accepting feedback isn't to agree or disagree, rather it's too take away what can be learned.
