3 Questions That Build Self-Awareness & Action
Show Notes

The number one objective of any coaching initiative should be first to build awareness. Most people, it's been estimated up to 90% of people, lacks self-awareness. Assuming this percentage is correct why would anyone in their right mind think for a second just telling someone what to do is going to be well received. The key to building self-awareness is to provide people questions that trigger different perspectives so they can successfully and thoughtfully look at themselves. This will lead to greater action that will lead to greater effort and improved performance.
