IFBB pro Kira Neuman, officially retired from competing, tells all!
Thanks for listening to another episode of the Women’s Maximum Fitness Podcast!
In this episode #30 IFBB women’s physique pro Kira Neuman (now 39 years old—i had no idea) announces her official retirement from competing (and social media) with the QOTD about social media: “I don’t want to try to be popular again!” Lol and humbly reflects on the mark she made as one of the premier women’s physique competitors of the last decade.
From power lifting, to women’s bodybuilding, to women’s physique and an incredible battle going glute to glute and securing a close second place at the 2015 Olympia against the crowned Juliana Malacarne Kira shares her incredible almost 20-year long journey in the bodybuilding space.
It’s an understatement to say I’m really grateful to connect with such a real and positive soul. I hope y’all witness a glimpse of the knowledge, passion, and tenacity that pushes these Olympic champions to do what they love.
Listening to Kira speak about retiring from competing was both refreshing and bittersweet but proved her healthy mindset and maturity with her priorities. Kira now owns a gym in Indiana where she resides. Thanks again to her. I hope y’all enjoy this interview as much as I did.
