The UPDF has launched Operation Harmony to evict unauthorised pastoralists from Acholi and Lango, starting with Aswa, Maruzi ranches, and Apac Forest. The 30-day operation follows President Museveni’s directive to resolve land conflicts caused by unregulated Balaalo settlements.
