McCall Smith then reflects on his life and lets us into a day in the life of ‘Sandy’ the person and his favourite hotspots in Scotland's capital.
Also, Edinburgh Napier's Publishing course celebrated its 50th anniversary this year and to round off this episode we spoke to some of our guests and asked the question, "what do books mean to you?"
