In this Episode I get into how when we have an idea for a new venture we can become so fixated on making sure we are completely and perfectly ready before launching that we often can become paralyzed and not take action. Taking action is often the thing we need to do to get some momentum going and punch fear in the face! I like to say, do it anyway. I've done so many things I didn't feel completely prepared to do and someway somehow I figured it out. Have I failed? You betcha! But then I corrected and moved forward.
