The Sabbath is Holy
In this episode, Dr. Mo further explores the discipline of Rest.
Dr. Mo continues to discuss Genesis 2:1-3 where we see how God Himself modeled rest for us. Our focus is on Genesis 2:3 where God blesses the Seventh Day and declares it holy.
We ponder the culture’s watering down that which God has declared holy. If He commands this day to be holy, how do we need to align our lives to fulfill His Word to us? We are challenged to think about what the day offers us - rest and tranquility - as opposed to a legalistic approach of what we cannot do.
