This past week has been rather a difficult one. One of the key messages from all of the medical staff over the past three-and-a-half years has been: be careful how you manage your energy. This has been all too obvious over the last few days, especially after the Co-Vid vaccine last weekend. The previous week had been quite stressful. And so, waking up on Sunday and Monday in particular hardly able to move was definitely a warning shot across the bows, so to speak. All I’ve been able to manage has been having a look for interesting stories from Porty and, last night, writing them up. Here’s the result.
