The Porty Podcast is a community project, highlighting events in and around Edinburgh's seaside - Portobello! It's a very active area with sailing, rowing and kayaking on the Forth, a vibrant artistic community and a strong sense of identity which makes it slightly separate from the other parts of Edinburgh. This year’s Art Walk Porty is bigger than ever – and full of surprises. This is ‘art’ in its broadest possible sense. For example, you will be able to walk into someone’s house, sit down by a window and listen to the sounds of a night walk through the Amazon jungle. You’ll be able to take part in walks and cycle rides through parts of the area you may never have visited before. And while it officially lasts just a short time in September, aspects of it will last all though until next year’s Art Walk.
