passengers"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":119.79,"endTime":123.78,"body":"or wheelchair users"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":123.78,"endTime":125.59,"body":"were being let down"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":123.78,"endTime":125.59,"body":"in terms of the way"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":125.59,"endTime":126.87,"body":"in which they were"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":125.59,"endTime":126.87,"body":"being treated,"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":126.87,"endTime":129.23,"body":"actually getting on and off"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":138.39,"endTime":141.05,"body":"a with a pint of Corona"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":141.05,"endTime":143.43,"body":"and a book that actually"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":141.05,"endTime":143.43,"body":"sparked the idea,"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":143.43,"endTime":145.08,"body":"which is quite cool, right."},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":145.08,"endTime":149.11,"body":"So, for those people"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":145.08,"endTime":149.11,"body":"that enjoy reading,"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":149.11,"endTime":152.21,"body":"one of the people in industry"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":149.11,"endTime":152.21,"body":"around leadership,"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":152.21,"endTime":155.81,"body":"Simon Cynic, has a fabulous book"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":152.21,"endTime":155.81,"body":"called 'Start with the wine,'"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":155.81,"endTime":157.53,"body":"and that was the book"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":155.81,"endTime":157.53,"body":"I was reading with the world"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":162.16,"endTime":164.95,"body":"and I realised actually maybe"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":162.16,"endTime":164.95,"body":"I want to make more of an idea"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":178.04,"endTime":181.02,"body":"of creating a product that would"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":178.04,"endTime":181.02,"body":"enable wheel chair users"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":181.02,"endTime":184.38,"body":"to better transfer from their"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":181.02,"endTime":184.38,"body":"wheelchair into an aircraft"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":184.38,"endTime":185.75,"body":"and it spiralled from there."},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":185.75,"endTime":189.46,"body":"So, I ended up"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":185.75,"endTime":189.46,"body":"winning the UK"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":189.46,"endTime":193.12,"body":"Disabled Entrepreneur's Award"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":189.46,"endTime":193.12,"body":"back in 2018,"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":193.12,"endTime":196.5,"body":"which just so happened"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":193.12,"endTime":196.5,"body":"to be run by the founder"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":196.5,"endTime":199.89,"body":"of one of Europe's"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":196.5,"endTime":199.89,"body":"largest budget airlines,"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":199.89,"endTime":205.37,"body":"Easy Jet, so Stelios"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":199.89,"endTime":205.37,"body":"and he decided to invest,"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":205.37,"endTime":207.36,"body":"and he asked me,"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":205.37,"endTime":207.36,"body":"he goes to Josh,"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":208.8,"endTime":210.55,"body":"would you like some money"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":208.8,"endTime":210.55,"body":"to help get your business"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":210.55,"endTime":212.36,"body":"going and I of course said around,"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":226.9,"endTime":230.39,"body":"with COVID coming around, sorry,"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":226.9,"endTime":230.39,"body":"being in the travel industry"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":230.39,"endTime":232.16,"body":"that really impacted"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":230.39,"endTime":232.16,"body":"us massively"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":233.27,"endTime":237.17,"body":"and as an entrepreneur you"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":233.27,"endTime":237.17,"body":"quite quickly learn to products,"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":248.7,"endTime":252.77,"body":"which is really exciting"},{"speaker":"JOSH","startTime":248.7,"endTime":252.77,"body":"and through that
