Excellence"},{"speaker":"ELLA","startTime":374.45,"endTime":376.87,"body":"and then ultimately,"},{"speaker":"ELLA","startTime":377.38,"endTime":379.95,"body":"thinking about how to influence"},{"speaker":"ELLA","startTime":377.38,"endTime":379.95,"body":"that change over time"},{"speaker":"ELLA","startTime":379.95,"endTime":384.29,"body":"is a challenge and I
