difference"},{"speaker":"NEIL","startTime":182.92,"endTime":188.91,"body":"between what the organisations"},{"speaker":"NEIL","startTime":182.92,"endTime":188.91,"body":"think and what they actually"},{"speaker":"NEIL","startTime":188.91,"endTime":191.01,"body":"have amongst"},{"speaker":"NEIL","startTime":188.91,"endTime":191.01,"body":"their employee
