What if the most serious parts of your life are just boss levels in a game you designed for joy? We dive into a radical but deeply practical reframing: the “world” is a rendered image of thought, judgment quietly burns your lifebar, and every desire points to one thing—union. From that vantage point, the big swings become training grounds: a tense conversation about a friend’s clutter turns into connection; money fear morphs into surrender; an IRS audit becomes an arena to extend love; even a home swallowed by lava reveals unexpected ease and capacity.

Across this conversation, I share the tools that have actually shifted my day-to-day: how to feel guidance as a heart-expanding signal rather than a barking order, how to spot when breath patterns betray an untrue thought, and how to pause the “I shouldn’t have” script before it cements into guilt. We question the rules we’ve been running—aging is inevitable, punishment fixes harm, certain foods control bodies, politics must divide—and trace how those beliefs keep separation alive. Instead, we practice a gentler discrimination: truth or illusion? love or fear? command or control?

The result is not theory—it’s lighter rooms, softer bodies, and relationships that reorganize around presence. You can’t be harmed in truth, and you can’t truly harm; recognizing that doesn’t excuse bad behavior, it dissolves the engine that repeats it. Try the micro-invocations that shift state on contact: “Beloved, return to me.” “I receive the love of God.” Watch how triggers turn into gifts once judgment drops, and how abundance, health, and vitality arrive as feelings first, evidence later.

If this lands, share it with someone who’s ready to level up without white-knuckling through life. Subscribe for more, leave a review so others can find it, and tell me: where will you choose love over fear this week?

SPEAKER_02:

Aloha. This is a wisdom talk with Hope Johnson. This is Hope Johnson coming to you from Fort Mojave. Fort Mojave, Arizona! Woo! Yeah. I'm with the most amazing group right now. It's totally lighting me up. It's all women, apparently. Not that there are any women, but you know, we're all pretending to be women as our uh non-player characters in the dream.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

So so so it's really fun and funny the way we set this game up, right? It's really uh it the whole thing about forgetting that we are in a game is really forgetting to laugh. Okay. Uh it's just forgetting forgetting to laugh makes things serious. If anything seems to be serious in the game, that's because of literally forgetting. You know what the forgetting is? It's putting over all kinds of thoughts about what this world is and who you are. Okay, it's forgetting that you made this game for joy, for laughter, and that's what you can have. It's just a matter of leveling up, right? So you're so so let's say, and I mean literally, you guys, no one is here. That is just the case. No one is actually here. These are all NPCs, non-player characters. In my character, all characters, non-player characters, they are not fucking playing the game. You are, and you've been trained to not know that by your own volition, it's what you wanted. No one did anything bad to you. By your own volition, you only get what you desire, but you haven't yet learned how to desire truly with a heart open, with awareness. See, all desire is desire for union, it's the only thing that means anything to you, and it's a sense that there's a separation from union, so desires spring outward. I want an easier life, I want more money, I want a better body, I want more discipline, whatever. It goes back to the desire is for union. And when you know that, when you know that the only desire, the only true desire that you're capable, actually capable of having in reality, is the desire for union, which you already have, which you actually already have. It's the forgetfulness that makes it seem like there's an incompletion that you need to fulfill outward, outside of your own mind. So the desire for union can be fulfilled instantly. If you recognize, that's the that's the key here to be able to recognize what it is you really want and trust that you can have it. First, you trust until you keep on uh you keep on receiving it again and again and again. So it's thinking that these characters are actually acting autonomously, including your own character. This includes your own character. If it can act autonomously, there seems to be calls for lots of calls for judgment. And when judgment adds up, it's like you're wasting your energy. You know how in a video game where you have a certain amount of energy, you could say that's a lifespan. That's one lifespan, right? So you're using up your energy when you engage in judgment, and that is totally mental. Judgment begins with any attempt to evaluate your own actions, someone else's words or actions. Anytime your mind moves to make an evaluation, basically that's losing health points. You know, you know, the way a the way a co a Course in Miracles points to this is it says you're attacking your body. And you may experience that as stress, right? A sense that I'm a victim to people. For instance, other people's anger. Let's say that. Other people's anger. Remembering that these are all non-player characters, really. These are all, because it's an emotional journey. It's an emotion, it's an emotional game. These images running around on the surface, seeming to do stuff, seeming to interact, seeming to talk to each other and everything like that, that's an out picturing. It's like a rendered image of thought. It's a rendered image. So if you're getting the perception that anyone is anything but loving, seeming to be outside of yourself, that's where you're giving, you're given an opportunity right there to basically level up. There's smaller levels, there's a lot of smaller levels that you reach, right? But then there's those big ones where it seems like, oh, this is too much, this is too major. I can't handle this. This is gonna ruin me. Right? Those are the real, you can call them like those are those boss levels. Where it's like major, it's like, and and you know, it's like you go one way or the other, and you can always come back. You you can't mess it up. Because when you go toward, when you go toward evaluation, self-evaluation, other people evaluation, evaluation of circumstance, and so on, when you go toward that, you're learning. And it's and you know, it's really it's through the suffering that you cause yourself that you get the most lessons. You do this, you do this on purpose so that you can see. But there's aspects of yourself, like you it's like it's like you've got veils, so you can't see what or why. Why would I do this to myself? Right? For instance, why would I uh why would I manifest heartache? Why would I manifest something like that? Right? So you you look into it, right? And to be in this game at all takes the equivalent of millions of years to build the game. Over those millions of years building the game, you caused yourself to forget that it was a game. And it's always been and always will be an emotional game. So when something strikes your heart, you know, let's say someone passes away or a relationship ends, or something like that, for one example. That's one of those opportunities. The relationship with that person was showing you something. It was showing you that you're looking for your fulfillment outside of yourself. That's what's going on when we feel any kind of loss. There's no loss in reality. There's never any loss in reality. But we get the sense that there's loss here. It's actually an opportunity. It's not saying you're bad or wrong. It's never like that. You're just playing a game. You're happy, innocent, like a happy, innocent being playing a game. So there's also all the others, all the apparent others that seem to be playing the game too and seem to be autonomous. What if they do this to me? Right? Those are the opportunities to see. I can't get anything that I don't desire. Once an IRS agent asked me if I was afraid of her, and I was like, no, you can't do anything to me that I don't need. Right? And it and that changes things. It changes them because you're you're aware of it. You know, it's not just words, you're allowing yourself to be aware of the truth. The truth is that you cannot manifest anything in your scene that you didn't desire and also need, and it's an opportunity. Right? There's nothing in the world that can affect you. It's always just only your thinking. And you're given these opportunities once you see what's going on and you recognize, oh my goodness, I don't have to play like I'm small anymore. I don't have to play like this little thing that's kind of like you being blown around, other people's emotions, other people's moods, all that kind of stuff. It's like when you recognize it's all coming from you, not only that, the people that are that you peopled your world with, basically, they are not as you see them. They are not as you see them. The way you see them comes from the image you hold of yourself, okay? Interpreting the image they hold of their self. It's all personal. Well, you know, it's all it's like that for us. What we're perceiving is personal, it's personal to us. See what I mean? And that's why you don't have to take anything personal, of course, because you're making it the way it looks to you is personal. It's based on the personhood that you made. Right? So if you condemn, you feel condemned, right? That's that's something, you know, uh part of what's in the Bible, something that's in the Bible that Jesus says attributed to Jesus to Jesus saying in the Bible. You know, judge not lest you be judged. It's not like God's gonna judge you. That's not how it is. It's your judgment coming back to you. God doesn't need judgment. God is whole, God is complete, he knows you as whole and complete. That's why God doesn't need judgment. We made judgment. That's something we invented. Okay. We also have in this game, we have guides. We can listen. You might call these guides different names and uh all these, all these different uh apparent religions, all that, but God isn't contained. You when you know that you can access your you could say your guide is God. You could say your guide is Homer Simpson. It doesn't matter. If you're you're if you're listening to the voice that loves you always and knows of your wholeness, that's your connection. It loves you always and knows of your wholeness. When I first started listening to the guide in the game, uh what I got was really simple message. Keep looking in the direction you're looking. It was a really simple like that. Keep looking in the direction you're looking. You're going in the right direction. And I could feel my heart expand, right? So just waiting for uh for this because no one's lost their connection. So you have this. And this guide, it's it's really it's really cool because this guide that you have, sometimes it's interpreted as uh the guide's telling you to do something in the world. Sometimes it's interpreted as that, but really it's coming as a feeling. The thing that you do in the world is so unimportant, it's so totally unimportant. It's not that. It's being orchestrated, though. And then it seems like you make decisions on the surface. It seems like you make decisions as far as like where you're gonna go, what you're gonna do, what you're gonna wear, who you're gonna be with, all that kind of stuff. You're not making those decisions, you're only choosing whether you're going to toward love or fear. Those are truly the only two directions you can go. It's a choice that you're making, love or fear. You could also put it like this you could say God or ego, or God or devil. You can say like that. You could say it like this life or death. See, this so one thing that you did in this game, uh, and and it had to be done because the game has to do with separation. It all comes after you thought you were separate from God, right? Don't don't we mostly have that image that God is like this distant spirit, guy, whatever you you what you see it as, way out there. Right? And it's not like that at all. God and God's creation have no distance between them. There is no such thing as distance. We made that up. Same thing with all of God's creations. It looks like we're sitting across the room from each other, but these are not our real eyes, guys. These are not our real eyes. We're interpreting based on belief. It's out of abundant the abundance of the thoughts that we take to be true that all of this is made manifest. And the senses that we use to sense the world are not true. They're not true senses, they're make-believe. You know, science is actually catching up with this now, right? It's actually catching up with this. It's saying there is nothing. There's actually nothing here.

unknown:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

My daughter learned this when she's she's 33 now. She was like 17 or something. She comes home and she's like, what in the world? She's like, she was like in a physics class or something like that. She was in this accelerated high school, right? She's like, Mom, I'm freaking out. They told me that when I go to touch something, it becomes a form for me. It turns into a form that I could apparently touch. Nothing's even here if you're not looking at it. It just makes it appear to be here. She's like, I'm tripping out. She told that to her dad, and her dad goes, That's not true. Just immediately, right? It was a really, really good indication of how we're trained to immediately go, man, I if I don't experience it, it's not true. It's like, no, no, this table, this table is here. This table's here. And my daughter goes, Dad, even the hand that you're using to do that isn't here.

SPEAKER_03:

Wow.

SPEAKER_02:

All the sound it's making, it's coming from these make-believe ears. Everything. See, this is an overlay. This is an overlay. It's painted over creation. Our imagination, an extrapolation of a thought of separation, made this and continues to make it. Okay, so we're kind of hot hardwired at this point to believe that this is here, to believe that we are here, to believe our ridiculous little lives are important. You know, the funny thing is that you sometimes, you know, of course, of course, the ego's gonna hear that and get really offended. Well, my life's important. Six kids, and I'm an attorney, whatever the story is. I've been saving lives, I've been a I've been a missionary, whatever. Right? It doesn't mean a thing. It really doesn't mean a thing. The whole purpose of all these uh beings, apparent beings, there's really only one of us, apparent beings being orchestrated together is to level up because ultimately the goal is to be so level up, leveled up that we don't perceive ourselves as separate from God. Because in that, we're in union, not only with one another, but with every particle that we're projecting outward. Everything that we're projecting, all these bodies and everything, there we don't see their real particles. They're still, you know, it still takes creative power to manifest this. In that creation are uh at one point, uh, I've heard it called adamantine particles. Adamantine particles are particles that respond to love, right? It's a union. When you know your union, people aren't a threat, situations aren't bad, right? Since situations are become fun, they become enjoyable. Okay, I'll give you one for instance. Uh there's a there's a fun story. It just happened this morning. I really, really, uh I was like, yeah, that's right on. So a friend of mine did not like how I organized his desk. He he felt like he was uh he felt like he was being disrespected uh and and these different feelings, right? So from the storyline, from my storyline, it looked like this person had me come over. Uh he gave me a bed next to a really cluttered desk. Really cluttered. Like I'm not fucking around. You guys look at this thing and go, people sleep next to that? No, I don't know. Everyone has their different interpretation. So so so uh so after he left, I was there for three weeks. I was still there for three weeks, and I and I asked him, I said, hey, what about cleaning up your desk, like decluttering? And he looked really scared, but he agreed to it, right? Okay, so I hired someone, had him come over, decluttered it. He comes back and he felt I could tell he felt bad. I could actually feel it. I was like, oh, okay, this is good. I already know it's good. Anyone's feeling bad in my perception? And that includes anger, that includes any kind of rudeness, any kind of you did something to me, anything like that. I know it's awesome. I know it's awesome first. That's the first thing I know right away. It's not like, oh, I can't handle this. Oh, I got so much shit to do now. There's this. You know, that's the normal person responding to shit. So he sends me a text and says, hey, I felt really bad about the way this was done, and and uh, and I didn't like that, and I want to talk to you about it. And I was like, oh, okay, awesome. And so and so the first thing is I am not attacked. See, here's the thing where uh the the human mind, the way it's been conditioned, reacts to you've done something wrong that harms me in a really insane way. Super insane. Okay. I I'll just watch what what does my mind do? It goes, it goes, well, you did, you know, I told you the backstory. Well, you did this, and you expect me to stay in a place where it's all cluttered and blah blah blah. Right? So then I can hear him. Oh, and feel. We feel we also were feeling together. I can feel with them, right? And and the main thing that I saw that he was looking for was assurance that he's doing it right. Because there was a sense like he was being accused of having a bad lifestyle for having having clutter. See that? See that? So it's like he's like, I may be this, I may be this. I was like, You're perfect, you know that. You're doing everything awesome. Okay, and I certainly didn't uh didn't mean for it to be a bad feeling for you at all. But I totally get it, right? And so, of course, the conversation is just like that's really small part of the conversation, larger part of the convers conversation. We're just laughing and having fun. You know, the the person can feel that they're taken care of, right? And it's not like a bad feeling, it's not like, oh God, I'm sorry I did this to you or something like that, you know, because no one can do anything to anyone. It's kind of like, what were you thinking? What were you feeling? Were you loving me? Or were you condemning me? So there's habits here, there's habits going on. You know, it's like when we're when we're perceiving ourselves as being attacked, like you did something wrong, you were off about that. Uh my immediate reaction just because of the different kind of training from recognizing what needs to be done here in order to win the game. We all win as one, by the way. We come together in total union and make laughter around the world. So so normally, uh, when we hear that we did something against someone, the mind moves toward blame. I did the best I could. I helped you out. You had a cluttered ass desk, and I cleaned it up for you. What the fuck is wrong with you? Right? And and that's just what keeps it going. It continues, it keeps continuing. See, so we're so we're looking at this and we can either we actually went millions of years doing this, we wanted to make the future more like the past, right? We wanted to keep on in separation, keep going in separation. Now that we see, and for the most part, what we're seeing because we're at the end of the road for suffering. It's like, okay, that's enough suffering. All right, we don't really need to do that anymore. Okay. So then you become willing. Then there's a willingness. There must be a better way. It's kind of like your head pops up and you're like, there must be a better way.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Then we just go through this thing and suffer and then die. What the heck?

SPEAKER_03:

Please don't. Right?

SPEAKER_02:

Right? It's ridiculous. And and you know, it's all day long, you guys, because you hear people talking all the time, people attributing things to aging. There's no aging. We're projecting it. We're making it out as if there is aging. This is not to say, you know, uh, let's try to uh overcome aging so we could all look fucking awesome, right? We're saying what we're saying, what we're saying is we're make we made aging, we made death, we made all these things in the world that we seem to not like, and we can also unmake them. That's the best thing. We could also unmake these things. We do it for ourselves within our own mind, and then it inspires others. And then, you know, it's like we all ascend together. It's one movement. It's really one movement, and and and it's being done. Yeah. Like it's either it's it whether or not you're you're a willing participant, uh, you know, it matters for you because you could have a lot less suffering, right? I mean, really, you go to where you just feel invulnerable. You know, any situation that arises is something that can be seen in the light because that's who you are. You know, you just shine a light on it. So there's no apprehension about any kind of situation that's going to be bad, someone's gonna be ashamed of you, someone's gonna be angry of you at you, or anything like that. Right? So when you start to see these things differently, you notice you and the people in your field actually come into communion. It's amazing. Everyone just joins in communion because no longer are you playing the game at that level. You could say level one lasted millions of years. And now there's a lot more momentum as far as getting up these levels, these different levels. I was sharing a little bit earlier. Uh, oh, that's right. Uh Glenda asks, how long you've been free? And I go, Well, I've been leveling up, like getting freer and freer all the time. Uh my last level up that was like a huge level up, was where I was just aware that I'm sustained by the love of God. And that's how I was uh, you know, I was just able to surrender everything. I had a husband, uh I still still married to him, uh technically, and he's still he still is being super sweet. He's awesome. Uh uh, kids, business, everything. It's just like, oh, it's time to go. It was just the obvious next step. So it's not something that like comes through a lot of, oh, what am I gonna do? It was just like completely obvious. Oh, I'm gonna go. Right. And then it's such a it's such a nice uh transition, not like you would assume, like some kind of divorce transition or something like that. I asked my husband, so do you want to sell the house? And we split the proceeds from the house. And he looked at me so scared. It was the sweetest. He didn't know what he was gonna do. And I said, I'll just sign the house to you. And I was like, hmm, yeah, I know I'm sustained by the love of God. And that's and you know, that's definitely another, you know, that really switched things to me for me to another level of freedom. I already had, you know, all these different layers of freedom, but that particular one, and it came through. A challenge. The challenge was I felt so fearful about not having enough money that I needed to be a real estate agent. So I find myself doing all the training for real estate agent, becoming a real estate agent. And I know I'm sharing with people because I'm still doing wisdom talks through this whole thing. I've been doing this since 2014. Okay. So I'm sharing. The only reason I'm being played out because I'm not making these choices, even to be a real estate agent. Being played out as a real estate agent is because I'm afraid of not having enough money. If I was not afraid of not having enough money, I would not be a real estate agent. And so I went through the motions with that awareness. And that going through the motions of being the real estate agent, right? And noticing the reactions, noticing how attached I am to certain things, it got undone. It just got undone. The idea that I needed to uh provide for my own sustenance went away. And I was shown that you don't need to do that. That's not a thing. And that's not a thing for any of us. It looks like that. We set it up like that. It's actually not a thing for any of us. But we're not asked to scare ourselves and go, well, if that's the case, I just need to quit my job, even though I'm really scared. You know, for me, it was really just the obvious next step. I'm not doing that anymore. I don't need to. I was actually in a real estate meeting at one point, and uh and the and I was asked to write down all of my expenses. It was like a packet to get really detailed with my expenses. I looked it over, pushed the paper, and then the teacher goes, Are you gonna do it later? And I go, No, I'm not gonna do that one. And she's like, Why not? And I just go, I'm sustained by the love of God. And and you know, here's the thing not having our minds bogged down. That's the other thing that it showed me right away. No, you don't need your mind bogged down with this, writing down your expenses. I'm trying to talk to you. You don't really need this. And, you know, for everyone, it's different. At certain points, you need it. You believe in it, you made it, your belief is very powerful. You believe that there's uh you believe you actually uh get your experiences use, you know, using money. You don't get your experiences using money. That's not true. That's actually not true. All of your experiences come out of the all-abundant, infinite mind. All of your experiences. They don't really take money, but you believed it, so you get the experience of having to pay for everything, right? Or someone has to pay. That's not true either. No one's no one's truly, it's not like that. It's orchestrated. Remember, it's more like a video game. None of the things that seem to be the laws here are the laws. There's only God's law, and you're you're only subject to God's law. But being uh being a creation, you can decide that you're subject to other laws, and it'll totally look like that to you. That's what's going on here. Look at there's uh there's all kinds of laws. Childbirth is painful, is one of them. Okay, that's been proven a bunch a bunch of times. That's not uh that's not really true. We made that up too. Uh aging is inevitable, death is inevitable. People talk about it like that. You know, if you're if if you're uh feeling more tired, say you're feeling more tired than you seem to feel before um when you used to be younger, it's not because of your age, it's because of accumulation. You've been accumulating beliefs, they're weighing you down. Okay? That's all that's going on. And if you would trust that that's true, it'll be shown to you how to see past it and get your energy back. Okay. It's like we accumulate these concepts, these beliefs. We've made, we think we've made sense of the world. We haven't, and we won't. Okay, it's nonsense. There's no making sense of it for you. You don't really care about it in that kind of way. It's not for making sense. That's not what it's for. It's for blessing. Right? It's for it's for receiving the blessing so that you can bless. Receiving the love of God, you can just say, if it resonates for you. I receive the love of God right now. Right? Beloved, return to me. Return to my heart. Every time you allow that, you are gaining, you can say gaining ground. That's the only productivity there is. You guys get the sense? Like at the end of the day, what do you do? Do you look at uh how productive you were in the world, or do you examine your mind for what needs to be released? See the difference? So you can let the thoughts just come and recognize what needs to be released. Beloved, return to me. Right? Or I receive the love of God. I rest now in peace.

unknown:

Okay.

SPEAKER_02:

One of my favorite lines in a Course in Miracles rest doesn't come from sleeping, it comes from awakening. It's true. You can't rest your way in the world to energy because what happens, you keep on projecting more pain onto your body. It's hard to rest with a lot of pain being projected onto the body. And that's what these judgmental thoughts are. They're painful. Okay? So here's a simple way you can just uh you can just turn things around real easily, right? What's wrong with people in the world? Why are they so fill in the blank? What's wrong with them? To turn that around and just be real curious about it, right? Wow. They're reflecting my mind right now. That means, this is exactly how it goes, too. That means I have unwatched beliefs that are making me angry, and I don't want to see them. So I'm putting them out there. I'm putting them out in the world to interact with me in random, seemingly random places, at the store, out in traffic. Maybe it's my sister, maybe it's my mom or my kids. Someone's got problems, but it's not coming from me. And and you know, the tr because of the truth of who you are, this is not a problem for you. This is not a problem. This is something you made. You kept on doing it over and over again, and then it became a habit. This is something you made up, is not a problem for you, though. It's it's just it's time to reverse it if you feel the call to do it. You know, you you know when it's time. You know, sometimes people hear me talk and they're like, ah, get out of here. Ten years later, sometimes, they're like, what the heck? You were telling me something. I just like it was like this. But it's true. It's like it's like at a certain point you open up to, okay, I really don't know what I'm doing here. I'm ready to see things differently. I'm ready to heal my mind, right? That's out picturing this world is so beautiful because it's just constantly showing me where healing should take place. Where should it take place? Today with my friend, you know, just watching the thoughts. I'm watching the thoughts in a way that I'm looking at them, going, that's not true. That's not true. That's story. You know, blame, things like that. You know, myself, uh, for myself feeling like uh also feeling disrespected. Like, how's someone gonna invite me and give me a place to stay right next to cluttered ass that you know what I mean? So it's so it's like the the these thoughts become the catalysts for seeing. They become the catalyst. It's like, oh, that's not something uh that I would want to repeat. That's not an energy. I don't want that feeling. That feeling doesn't have to be repeatedly uh, you know, uh played out, right? And it's not like it's not like I don't want to repeat that feeling, so I'm not gonna feel it. No, you feel the feeling that you can recognize what feeling really reflects love and kindness and peace within yourself, right? I notice one of my family members, I've been around family members lately, so that's always really fun. I notice one of my family members uh start talking about um certain people, because he's into politics, right? So there's per certain people in the political field that seem to be doing some egregious things. So it what he does is he calls them a thing. He says, that thing, right? And I I go, yeah, that is the way to keep separation going. I don't see anything wrong with it because people can do whatever they want. They want to keep separation going as long as they want. They need to play it out. So it's fine. Uh but I'm noticing, oh yeah, that's pretty much what we do. The way he, you know, the way he shows it, it's like, it's as if they're outside of me. They're not, they're not part of me. So all these parts that have been scattered all over the board, right? They're all part of us. And so when we bring them back, we bring them back into our heart. That's how we know our own wholeness. That's how we feel at peace, at ease. Because the more we're making people into that thing, the more dis-ease we're projecting onto our own self.

unknown:

Oh my goodness.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. So so you see why uh in, you know, with the news and two political parties, that's really fun too. That's really fun and funny. It's kind of like uh, what would you call it? Maybe like a handicap in the game. Because it seems like you you should pick a side, you know, at least to be a uh to to be a reasonable human, you should at least pick a side because one of them is killing everyone, and the other one is trying to stop them from doing that. And, you know, everyone has the idea that it's one side and the other. Yeah. Their side is the one that's trying to help, the other side is the one that's really destroying things. And and people have the same sentiment no matter what side they're on. If they have that sentiment, they have it the same, it's the same feeling, it's the same kind of feeling. So when you recognize, do I want to make my world with that feeling? We're basically painting, it's like a paintbrush. Well, I want to make my world with that feeling. You don't really know how it's gonna come out that you're painting the world. So back to the heartache scenario, right? It's this desire for union. That's why, you know, when you're willing to let yourself be fulfilled now with union, you can see how the heartache is actually healing. It's showing you uh, oh, that's where I placed imagined union in the world, in that body. You know, it could even be a family member, it could be a lover, it could be a spouse, it could be whatever. That's where I placed my identity and my union in that body. Return to me now. It's always, it's always so personal because it's like your the way you felt with that person, that's what you liked. You liked the way you were with them and seem in and seem to be missing that. And it's just the fulfillment right now that really is lifting to you because when you had those moments of experience with the person that were really up, felt really uplifting and good, and you felt really in your presence. What happened was a lot of your barriers fell away because you felt that with them. A lot of your barriers fell away. That's why you were able to allow the fulfillment, but it was always the spirit coming through. It's like you were able to use that interaction or that those series of interactions in that way. But that was really all coming from you. And, you know, this may be a concept that could take a little bit of a while to actually sink in, you know, because to the ego, it's major loss. To the ego, you know, uh, the ego is what's meant to keep you in the game. It's not bad, that's not good. It's just meant to keep you in the game for as long as you want, as if you are a separate being. Because the thing is, once you start to awaken to what's going on behind the scenes and you start doing these hacks, you're exiting the game completely. You're actually on your way out. You're on your way exiting the game. This does not mean death, it doesn't mean physical death. It means you're on your way out of the game because the veils are getting thinner and thinner to you until all you can see is creation. All you can see in all of these creations is just perfect light. So it's like each one of these bodies represents a beam of light. God's creation. And what we perceive as a body, that's thoughts circling very fast around a beam of light. That's what we're picking up on. And they are rushing to be able to prop up an image at all. These thoughts are rushing around so fast, and our mind slows them down and makes a body out of them. But they're really a beam of light, and each beam of light has a gift for you. So, wow, it is amazing. You're automatically receiving their gifts. You're automatically, the psychics can see it, it's like energy being exchanged like this. You're automatically receiving everyone's gifts. Everyone, you come, no mistakes, no random, nothing like that. And when you get triggered, when you get a sense of trigger, that's where you're not receiving their gift in that moment. And you want it. You're actually uh, see, we're always receiving everyone's gifts. Okay. Uh, even if they think that they want to harm us or anything like that, we're always receiving their gifts unless we put up a block, judgment. Unless we put up a judgment block, then we can't receive their gifts. And anyone we make that we can't receive, we can't receive their gift, like a newborn baby is just receiving all the gifts from everyone. Because they haven't put up any any judgment yet. They're just receiving all the gifts. As we go through experiencing in a single lifetime, we keep on judging more and more and more, and that's what shapes the body. It starts to make it seem aging and everything like that. Okay. Uh low energy, tiredness, bitchiness, you know, crotchety old people. Right? So, so when you change, when you change the way you're looking at things, though, you become light. Right? You become light. Some of my friends have told me they feel lighter walking on the earth. Right? I've asked people, why does it, or people have asked me, why does it look like, why is why does it look like when you walk, your feet are barely touching the earth? And I'm like, because it's like that. They're actually not touching the earth at all. I mean, it's not like that. You know, even in in science, they're saying there's never anything, never does anything touch. There's always micro space between it, which is space. Nothing ever touches anything. We we use everything as a device, even like when we take a knife to cut an apple. This is a relationship going on with uh uh energy of the hand, energy of the knife, energy of the apple. That's a relationship going on, it's making that perception. You go, it's you, you know, it's it's funny. It's like a comedy. You go in a shower to get clean, and then you pretend you're clean and you pretend you're dirty later. It's ridiculous. Right? You have an interaction with someone and you feel guilty about it, and you know, you're just like you're you're buying into the game. All interactions are perfect. All interactions. You never made a mistake in any of your interactions. Uh, you never uh hung out with someone too long, you never went for the wrong person. All the interactions are ridiculously blessed, but you develop a habit. A lot of you, some of you, develop a habit of making evaluations, like who you should hang out with and stuff like that. If you look at them at all as all being orchestrated, you're just present for the interaction, whatever it happens to be. And any thought that goes to evaluate yourself, it just gets uh caught in its track. It just stops. Because it's like, oh, that doesn't mean anything. That evaluation doesn't mean anything. But when you think it means something, then you gotta chew on it, right? You gotta keep going with it, you gotta chew on it. Should I have done that? That's a really uh insane question. That's insane. Should I have done that? Right? Look where you're looking at it from. You know, there isn't there, there is in a past, you have never done anything. All these things are being orchestrated so that you can see your divinity as the created, you could say the created son of God, if that if that resonates for you. Like an extension of the divine. When you're aware of your uh extension of of the divine, yourself like that, in that kind of identity, there's you've overcome the world. The world doesn't have to mean anything to you. You don't have to think about uh stupid things like shouldn't I should I or should I have not done that? Shit, that's perfect. And my friend told me uh uh he was upset with me. I was like, that's perfect. And he's like, I see why this happened because at first he was confused. He's like, why does it, why did this happen? I don't understand. We had such a beautiful time together, and then I come back and I just feel like you basically were judging my lifestyle. Right? I go, oh good. This is what we want. Right? So it's like first, first it's like this person is is really ahead as far as uh seeing, as far as his seeing. But you know, it's not always always like you could talk to them like that, that they could take it, but you know, he could understand this is his habit to see things like this. You know, it's like it's like the perception is just being orchestrated so that you can get what you want in a in a in a dream way because you're dreaming. So you get what you think you want all the time, and you think you want these habits. You think you want to be able to judge. You think you want to be able to judge if someone's behavior really meant this about you. Did you really mean that I'm not living a good lifestyle because my place is cluttered? Right? That's the way the ego interprets things. It's as if something's gone wrong. So whenever something seems to go wrong, whenever something seems like that, stop, take a breath, and be willing to see the blessing in it. It's not gonna be a it's not gonna be a physical blessing. A lot of the times people say, uh, yeah, I got um I got stuck in traffic. Let's say I got stuck in traffic, but it's because God had something better for me. Right? It's not like that. God keeps creation. This is not creation. He God's bit uh you say God's busy keeping creation intact for you while you run around checking something else out in a dream. You're actually busy creating right now. There's no other time but now. You're actually creating. But this isn't what you're creating. This is what you're dreaming, it's not the same. In creation, there are no mortal bodies. There are no uh there are there are never any uh any stressors. No one has to do anything to sustain themselves, of course. It's pure abundance. Nothing seems to be missing, no one seems to be missing, there's no longing, there's just a constant hum of love. It's like a hum of love. You know the hum, and it feels really loving. In fact, it's vibrating right now in your body's energy field. It may be covered up by a bunch of judgment, but that's okay. This is the uncovering. This is where it, you know, if you decide right now, okay, I'm gonna just start leveling up right now. I'm not gonna care so much about building all my things in the dream. I'm not gonna care so much about deciding what things mean. Nothing means anything. It has no it has no purpose. You have you have a purpose, and that purpose is to bless. You've heard of Christ. You've heard of Christ, right? You've probably heard of Jesus the Christ, Jesus Christ, like that. Well, that's in us. It comes from us. Even the story. Even that story. Out picturing this story. Why? You're giving yourself some help in the in the game. You're reminding yourself of your identity. This is you, you are Christ. There's only one, no one's separate from that. Right? So it's up to you accepting your Christhood in the moment. It's a coming to know. It's not like, okay, everyone, I'm Christ now. Treat me like Christ, call me Christ, even.

unknown:

No.

SPEAKER_02:

No, uh no, it's like it's coming to know in the moment where you feel like not Christ. Right? At first, you might ask for help. You might go, Christ, Jesus, whatever, help me. That's what I did. I said, help me, Jesus. Right? Many years ago. I know I I realized what needed to be done many years ago. Okay. And in the game, it was me and my son. Apparently, I wanted to kill my son. It was very interesting. Um, you know, it just popped up like that. I was like, oh, okay. Uh that's a that's a good one. And so I started to play with it like that, and I got a sense, I just wanted to like that. Okay. And it's not the physical thing because I was never able to like mess him up. Right. So I didn't have that in me really, apparently. Uh, but it was the emotional thing. I was like, ah, I don't, I do not want to be in that kind of relating with my son. This just sounds, I've done it before and it just sounds really bad, you know. And uh I knew what needed to be done. I knew at that point I'd been shown that it's my mind and it needs to be undone, that I'm making it up and it needs to be undone. So in the moment I just said, Jesus, help me. And I felt the energy that seemed to be driving me toward assaulting my son. I felt that energy just leave me, like out through the through the crown, just right out through the crown. It's like, ah, what a relief, right? So at that point, I still felt separate from Christ. You don't need to know your Christ to do this. You know, if you feel, you know, you feel like you're separate from Christ, you ask Christ for help in whatever name that resonates for you, right? For me, it was Jesus. Jesus helped me. And boom, I was like, wow, that worked. And you can feel things shift. It's actually a visceral. That's why, uh, that's why in this game, you've been given uh like this apparatus of a body that it has a physical sensation. So the sensation tells you what direction you're going. The sensation always tells you. That's why, that's that's why you could tell if the guidance is true. Check in with yourself. Right? It's a it's gonna be heart expanding. That's how you can tell if it's true. So asking for help, what am I asking for help to do? I'm not asking Jesus to help me make him behave a different way, am I? I'm asking for help to see this truly. Help me. I want to see this truly. I want to see what's happening here. Uh, and it was it was basically an outpicting of a battle in my mind, self judgment. All judgment is self judgment, and it's hidden, it's hidden under a layer. You can See it though, you can see your self-judgment that you're holding in the unconscious mind if you're willing to see it. The thing to know, though, is it's gonna come with fear. Because when you see what's in the unconscious mind, this is the stuff that you've been trying to hide from yourself. This is the stuff that says from an ego perspective, well, you really are treacherous. You really are horrible. When you look at what's in that unconscious mind, that's the kind of reaction that you get from the ego. That's why it's so covered up. But it's a it's it's deep in uh treacherous thoughts. The thing to know, and it talks about, you know, it talks about in the Bible, you know, uh going through the the valley of the shadow of death, right? This is it. It's the unconscious, unwatched mind. This is it. You go with me, thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me, right? Because we're walking through all of the illusions that we made of ourselves. First, we made ourselves super treacherous and then buried it in the unconscious mind so it can reflect in the world instead, right? So it can seem like it's outside of us. That's why we have stuff like disease and war and death and all that kind of stuff. Because we're projecting it to outside of ourselves. But if we would watch the unconscious mind, it's basically a little example I gave you today of my friend being bummed out about the clutter, right? So I'm watching what's my unconscious mind saying. Well, you did, and I'm looking at the tone, it's got a certain tone. Well, you did this, you did this, you did this to me, right? And and and so I'm watching it and I'm going, oh, none of that stuff is true. Well, it gets a lot darker than that. It's a murderous, it's a murderous mind. That's why it's projecting a murderous world. And that's what you know it's talking about too, biblical terms again. Um, you're born in sin. It's why are you born in sin? Because you spent millions of years making sin true. It's not bad, it's something you decided to do. You made all the millions of years making it real to you. Making separation real. It's based on murderous thoughts. Basically, if separation is real, threats are real. I need to protect myself. Getting defensive. Defensive is like this defensiveness might as well be murder. Defensiveness might as well be. Because that's the way it manifests. Because when you feel like you're threatened, you become in your unconscious mind the one who's threatening. The one who needs to be snuffed out, and the eagle will snuff you out eventually.

SPEAKER_01:

It loves to do that.

SPEAKER_02:

You see that? You see it playing out, huh? Uh-huh. Yeah. Yeah. When you see it, you don't unsee it. Once you see it, you just you, you know, you you turn a corner. Like this, you could say tonight, okay, I'm gonna see things differently. I'm gonna ask my guide. It real simple. Anything else that comes into the in into the system, fine. But this can be a major turning point for you where you don't go back to interpreting your life the way you did. And you'll feel yourself start to level up really fast. Even the people around you will change. That's what I notice. Even the people around me change. They get reorganized, they move around. Uh, but they change in terms of they become lighter, right? They're actually they're actually able to see how they can unburden themselves. So the less burden you have, you can look at all this judgment, kind of like, you know, you're carrying a heavy pack on yourself. And it keeps on getting heavier and it keeps on getting spikier as you go along. That's why aging seems to suck so much. Because the whole thing keeps on getting more intense. You keep on adding up these beliefs. So people say stuff like, uh, yeah, wait till you get to be my age, then you'll see how jacked everything is.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Well, I've been hearing that. Well, you know, there's still like uh a generation seems to be older than me, but still saying that. And you know what I tell my friends? I go, you don't really want that for me. No, my friends are like in their 70s and stuff. Wait till you, wait till you see what happens. I'm like, you don't really want that for me, though. You're trying to convince me of something so I get on this same pattern with you and believe that something's gonna happen that doesn't come from my own mind. I mean, I'm not saying nothing's gonna happen. I could get like really old and shriveled up like a prune, but the mind is still 100% sure that I'm making it. That's the thing. Like I said, these little lifetimes are nothing. It took millions of years just to get to the point where we could perceive ourselves like this in a world. So these little tiny lifetimes, each little lifetime, it's like it could just you stop thinking about your life like that, like it's such a big deal. My life. It's such a big deal. This whole world, this whole illusion at the end of it just rolls up and you forget about it. Once you're done, I mean, while while you're working through illusion, there's like what they call akashic records, records, right? Records being kept, all these records. But once the what once the world of separation is dissolved and creation is revealed, what do you think happens to those records? Out the window. They're not they're when they're not needed, they're not present. It's still an illusion. All illusions be will be wiped away at the end of perceiving. The end of perceiving is also the end of time. We made time as well. Yeah, so the end of perceiving, also the end of opposites, light and dark. There's no there's no sun in creation. You don't need a sun. You are the sun. Everything just lights up in your presence. There's no needing to go to sleep, so there's no light, light never goes away. The whole place is lit by, you could say, your Christ's light. Because it's not like that. But you know it when you see it, you know it when you feel it. And no matter how dim you've made yourself, you're allowed to make yourself really, really dim, but you're never gonna get rid of that spark. And when you connect with that, it continues to grow. It's your willingness to connect with that that'll continue to light it up, to light up your world. Compassion is just natural for you. You don't have to think about how do I be more compassionate? Compassion is is natural for you because you know everyone as one with you. When you don't know everyone at what as one with you, you're not gonna seem compassionate unless you're trying to be compassionate. It's not gonna seem so natural for you, right? Because it's gonna be more like, you know, you're going, well, how did they uh get themselves in this situation, for instance? How do they get themselves over to this situation? It's like that is not even relevant thought. It's like you feel with them, like with my friend who told me he felt upset. I felt with him. Oh, let's feel that together. Right? And of course, if anything needs to be done, anything needs to be changed or done, all that just works out. The real structure is love that makes all the structure, everything that comes out of love is useful. Okay, and that and this isn't a structure in terms of like a house or something like that. You know, it's a structure in terms of relationship. And when the structure is just allowed to be an outpicting of love, no one has to work to uphold it. So there's a lot more energy, there's a lot more lightness, there's a lot more laughter. No more walking on eggshells, like around certain people, not trying not to make them upset. It actually makes them more upset. It's so funny. Because they feel you holding back who you are, holding back love. Everyone wants you to be your authentic self. That's what's the most helpful for them. And your authentic self, that's your Christ self. That holds no judgment. Right? So being uh as, you can say as God, because you are created by God to create just like God. He says that, apparently. Just being as you are and allowing you to create as God, it's your greatest joy. There's no uh there's there's no situation and no person that can seem to take that away from you. Christ just loves everyone and sees past all their illusions. That's basically what it is. See, we we make God in our image like he's a punishing God. Like if someone does something really wrong, like let's say they do a whole bunch of murders or something like that. We think they deserve some kind of punishment. We think they shouldn't be let off the hook. Definitely should not be let off the hook. Well, the thing is about forgiveness is those murders that we perceive in the world are not done by an individual like that. And the more punishment that's meted out for doing those things, the more those things proliferate. Notice, I mean, you can just see, you can just look around. We got a bunch of jails and prisons, apparently. Apparently, there's still a bunch of shit. Same shit with all that going on. You know, even training ourselves to believe that we can correct our world through punishment. And you know, I'm not saying something like everyone should let all the people out of prison or anything like that. I'm not saying that. I'm just observing the outpicting of how these trajectories of thoughts have have us arriving at where we are now with the perception. See? So it's just noticing uh these different ways that we unconsciously contribute to delusion, contribute to insanity, and stop doing that. But but you know how you know how you stop doing it is you be happy that you're learning something. Not condemning yourself for doing it. That's not that's not the key. You don't start judging yourself for being too judgy. Right? That's not the thing. See, you you see that. Like I start talking about judgment in these different ways, all these different ways judgment is happening, and people are not noticing that it's judgment, right? And I start talking about this, and immediately what I start to notice is the ego creeps in and condemns you for being too judgy. Yeah, right? You're not too judgy, that's not possible. The only way to learn is to be a happy learner. Happy learner is willing to see. That's cute. I'm trying to protect myself. That's what judgment is. It's sweet, it's trying to protect yourself based on a world of separation. It's not good or bad, it's a device. And now that you've you've taught yourself how to use that device, you could you could use it differently.

SPEAKER_00:

Isn't it but what about control? Isn't that judgment to a form of control?

SPEAKER_02:

Well, yeah, control is an effect of judgment. Okay, so you judge it first and then you judge it as something that you want to control. You want to now control the outcome, right? Yeah, if you're not judging it, you don't care about trying to control anything. So you so now you start using judgment different, right? Now you're now you're using judgment uh is a better word for it, is discrimination. Uh you discriminate between truth and illusion. What's true and what's an illusion? Okay, uh, you like a thought that says something about the world, everything here is passing away, everything that you perceive through your body senses passing away. It's an illusion. Okay, God did not create it. That's the one thing to really, you know, before you go advance, before you go into the advanced levels. Okay, everyone pretends like God created the world. I know He did. It's not this world, He does not create death. Okay, it is not this world. So when you recognize this is not created, it's made up, and I'm in charge because I put myself in charge. This is the world I put myself in charge of. And then I forgot I was in charge. But now I'm coming back to the knowing that I'm in charge. So this is what I'm gonna use my judgment for. I'm gonna see the difference between what I would keep, the creations of love I would keep, right? The choice in the in this dream. What we what we have left of our creative ability is the ability to make this choice, to choose how we're gonna see, to choose, to recognize uh that we are feeling the way we want to feel right now. This is the way I want to feel. Why do I want to feel this way? What is there for me to see? This is, you know, for instance, maybe this isn't a feeling that I would keep. Maybe it's sorrow, maybe it's anger, maybe it's fear. This is not a feeling I would keep. I can't take it into eternity with me. I can't be holding on to this and enter eternity with it like that. Right? I'm gonna have to see this differently. So you're leveling up, it becomes more and more joy, freedom, calmness. Right? You're not you're not, that's a that's a huge sign that you're making things real if you're anxious, if you're jumpy. Okay, it's telling you I'm making something real. Like what I what I what I say to myself is I'm wrong about something. My mind needs correction. I'm definitely wrong about something right now. If I have a need to be jumpy or impatient, or a sense of loneliness, right? I know something needs to be corrected. What uh what's an easy way to see this is you're having an upset feeling. And there's a lot of thoughts that are coming to justify that upset feeling. You need to see those as only justifying the upset feeling and not one bit true. Like let's say, let's go to the IRS audit, that just popped in my head again. Such a fun experience. Um, I seem to be angry. I seem to have a big chip on my shoulder. Like, these guys are an illegal, whatever, whatever the story was. Uh you know, why don't they go bother someone else? Whatever. I was having a sense like, oh, there's so much anger going on. So okay, slow down, look at that. I'm not really angry for the reasons it seems. There is no IRS. Okay? That's how I'm looking at it. There's no IRS. I'm not angry about the IRS. I'm projecting anger right now to keep what's hidden in my unconscious mind buried. Okay. And so I'm I'm with this anger, I'm with this sense of anger. It lasted maybe like two weeks or something, this sense of anger. I felt even the color red, right? About 10 minutes before she walks in the door, I just closed my eyes and I said, just show me. And a voice spoke to me so clearly in my mind that said, What is your function here? Right? And it's oh, it's just to extend the love of God, just like any other time. That's what I'm doing. IRS audit the same. This is what this is this is why I have any interaction. This is not a threat. And then, you know, uh there's a thought, what if I go to jail? And then it's immediately, if you go to jail, you are gonna have a good ass time in there. And I would. I saw that and I go, oh, it's just like some ego fear cropping up. So my IRS auditor uh ended up really getting relaxed with me and was able to open up to me and share about some things that were going on with her experience and needed some help with, actually. Uh, and apparently all my books were in order, too. And there there was no change needed. There was no change needed, and then uh a note was made in my file that that was a mistake to give me an audit. She said you'll probably never have another one.

SPEAKER_01:

Right.

SPEAKER_02:

But it comes from complete. What am I doing here? What's my function in this? And that comes to everything with my friend. What's my function in this? Main thing is that I see the ego wants to make him wrong. See that? I'm not going along with that. No, he's not wrong. He's doing everything right. He's doing everything for me. Everything he's doing. Even right now, telling me that you know he's feeling some emotions because his shit's too organized. No, he didn't like the way it was organized. I don't know. I hired someone to do it, apparently. It looked good to me. He's like, uh, what was the benefit? Well, I could save, like, from my point of view, the benefit was just feeling this really organized space, especially like right around where I'm sleeping. It was like really felt nice. But it's knowing, also just knowing that everything is going the way it needs to, even if it's bringing up a trigger. Even if it seems like uh I did something wrong or insensitive. Look at this. Here's here's something to know about yourself as Christ. Everything that you perceive that's lack of love, even if it seems to be coming from you, you're perfectly unaffected by that. Unless you choose to be affected by it. You're perfectly unaffected. It did not happen. Nothing that's not coming from the creations of love actually happens. See, uh, so sometimes people go, well, that sounds dualistic because God is everything. Didn't he? Isn't he also creating those things that don't seem to be coming from the creation of love? Yes, in a way, but with all these veils that make it seem like God is this separate being. Right? It's all so it's like with all these veils. When you take the veils down, all it is is pure creation. There isn't any separation. The veils are just to represent separation. So anything that represents separation from God, that's a lie. Any murders anyone does, I mean, that's one of the things I've actually found myself because, you know, I'd feel like uh like some compassion for people who have done murders, you know, so that I feel that compassion for people who have done murders, and then just silently recognize their innocence. Recognize that they haven't really done those. And you know what? I can't help but recognize that now. It's like it's like just knowing that this person, what they need is truth. What they really need is truth. So they can recognize they're not capable of hurting anyone. Because it's it's believing that they are capable of causing harm that makes it do it. So when when we'll, hey, this isn't real, you're not capable of causing any harm. You're not capable of harming yourself, you're not capable of harming anyone else. When you get the perception you're harming, you're doing it in a dream. So each time when you see that you're perfectly unaffected by lack of love coming from you, coming from yourself, you're actually helping to undo the whole murderous scene. Aging, death, murders, war, all that stuff. You're actually helping to undo it. You you get that? Uh what I what I said, I'm gonna repeat it again, okay? When you will see that you are not capable of causing any harm, no matter what perception you got. I don't care if five minutes ago you bitch slapped someone, right? Right now, you're not, no, you're not capable. That did not happen. It doesn't exist. You dreamed it. And everyone who does harm, they're dreaming too. That's why Jesus said, turn the other cheek. Okay? It's not like, it's not like, here's my other side, slap me again. That's not it. And then he said, turn the other cheek because here's the other side. You can see it's all intact and everything's okay. You've always been a blessing. You can only ever be a blessing. And that's what I relate to people naturally because that's what I know. I know that you can only ever be a blessing. Over the years, I've had heard some pretty funny things too, you know. Um, it's all my mind playing out, right? So it's coming up like, oh, oh yeah, well, what are you gonna do if I come over to your house and just kick down the door and start messing up your house and I just put it on fire? Are you gonna say that's a benefit to? That's the ego. That's the kind of thing the ego asks.

unknown:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Right? That there's no, uh, what these things are orchestrated. No one's coming over to burn down my house unless I need it. No one's doing that. My house did get run over by lava in 2018. So Pele came and burned down the house. She didn't just burn it down, she swallowed it. She came and ate it. It's like it's like 50 feet under the lava. And you know, it's like it's like the lava's, the lava's coming, the lava's coming, and and uh, and things are being taken out. I'm just knowing it's a blessing. I'm just knowing it's a blessing because everything that ever comes is always a blessing. And that was um, that was uh definitely a level up for me in terms of just recognizing how far I've come. I was like, wow, I don't mind this. And I'm able, I'm I'm able to hold space for a lot of friends, apparently, who are broken up over it. You know, they're just like falling right into me. So I'm going, uh like I just walk around town or something, people would just fall right into my chest, you know, and and just like me sobbing and stuff like that. And um being in that position where I'm not affected by it at all, I could just hold space for people and love them up and let them know it's okay. Basically, let them know it's everything's okay. Because there's an idea that something has gone terribly wrong when it seems like your house went under the lava and you didn't even have insurance. I was having the funniest time too. I was looking for a place. I was looking for a place to rent, so I called a management company and uh and I go, yeah, I'm looking for a place to uh to rent. And and uh yeah, my house has uh gone under the lava. I'm looking for a place to rent. Oh God, I'm so sorry. And I'm like, oh no, no, no worries, no big deal at all. And uh and and she said, uh she said, Oh, well, some people are in way worse situations than you are because their house went under the lava. And I go, no, what I'm saying is my house did go under the lava. Oh, well, some people are in way worse situations than you are because they don't have insurance. And I go, I didn't have insurance either. She's like stunned. She's just kind of like, what in the world? And remember, it's all my perception projection, perception projection. So it's constantly teaching my mind, oh wow, this is like it's it's stunning to my own mind that it's this relaxed, that it's this relaxed for me, that it's this chill for me. It's actually stunning to my own mind. I'm like, wow. That's like I was just like so glad to see how my practice of seeing things differently really works. I was able to hold space for everyone in my family who seemed to be having PTSD. Right? My daughter had was swimming a lot, diving. She was using the warm pond, warm pond filled in, right? She'd take a big heavy rock and run across the bottom. That was her thing every single day. So all of a sudden, there was all this apparent mayhem in people's minds, right? But for me, I'm have having a most joyful uh experience, even with all this apparent suffering all around me. I'm having a most joyful experience and being able to hold the space for people so they can relax.

unknown:

Wow.

SPEAKER_02:

That is the joy. Though because it's our union that's joy. It's like, oh, I feel so abundant. Oh, I feel like I could just uh love everyone up. So I'll just go to town and I'll go hang around town.

unknown:

Right?

SPEAKER_02:

I'll just go to town and hang around town. I'm having a great time. Right? And then some of my friends were able to catch on to that. A few of them were able to catch on to it and go, yeah, it is okay to have a really great time. And that's the thing about knowing yourself. There's no situation. I mean, I'm over here in this town and it's got the lava ash swirling above her head, falling to the ground, pele hair. It's like little shards of glass. They call it pele hair. And the and the things, uh what everyone seems to be breathing, and everything like that. Even things that are being breathed. And you get the idea. You guys see spraying all over here sometimes. So even the idea that breathing that stuff harms you, idea. Total idea. Nothing harms you but your own thinking. There's no thing outside of yourself. So to see differently takes actually willingness to see these things differently. That you've been trained to believe that you have a vulnerable bot, a vulnerable body in a threatening world. Flip that around. You're not a vulnerable body. This is a character that you made. And it's getting the experiences it needs. Some of them seem to be painful, some of them seem to be more uh comfortable, but you don't have to try to control any direction that it goes. You're in command, that's why. Command is different. Command is unity. That's why you don't have to control any of the things that are uh that are moving around in the field. Because you have command. And when you accept that you have command, you know that anything that arises for you is being transformed through your very presence. Everything is being transformed. All of the people. See, the thing about love, it raises the vibration, so to speak, so high that people are changed. It may take them a little bit to find out how they're changed, but they get changed by it. So it's the it's the opposite way around. It's like we're always the ones who are making the illusion. We're the makers of it. It's not coming to us. We're making it and it's reflecting back what we want to see. When we're in touch with that's what it is, we level up into all terms. Abundance, right? Abundance, people think there it's a certain number in the bank account. No, it's not like that. It is not like that at all. It's it's just, you know, that you can just be love. You know that you're not uh you're not having any kind of obligations to the world. You know you could just be love. So my husband, he thanks me for finding that out last year. He just he just texted me today, in fact, saying that he's uh he's uh traveling the trail that I effortly, effortlessly and fearlessly blazed. Fearlessly, that's what it was. Fearlessly blazed. Right? He's thanking me for that. He's thanking me for leaving him. Right? It's because there is a sense of comfort, and through the sense of comfort, that aging thing starts to happen. Where you're making all these things true. Right? He's like, wow, you just opened up my mind to so much freedom. And it's also because it's done in love, it's not done with accusations like he was a bad husband. I said, You've been a great husband. I would recommend you to anyone who wants a great husband. It's true, it's true. Yeah, it's been a great husband. I was with him like 30 years, right? Kind of grew up with him. And you know, uh, when it's seen that these images are just orchestrated around, you know you don't have to come up with something. The ego comes up with something, like some reason why you should leave this person. I don't know. That's the guidance. It's not it's not feeling like like it's totally congruent. With the way this is uh with the way this is evolving. That doesn't mean it can't even go back to something like that. That's possible too. It's just a matter of not making wrong. I can't afford it. That's another one. Every time you say something like that, notice how you feel. Get to know, get to know the feeling of contraction. I can't afford it. What does that feel like? Just become curious. What does that feel like? Hmm. That must be the opposite to abundance that I made up. And so it's like abundance returned to me. Let yourself feel it. That's changing it. That's actually changing it. Now your habit becomes abundance. Let yourself feel in abundance. A thought comes up, how am I gonna pay for that? Let yourself feel in abundance instead of thinking about that thing. I'm telling you, if you're chasing that thought around, all it's doing is perpetuating the same story again and again. Even people bring God into it and like God, God supplies because he gave me the money. No, God is not giving you anything right here but his love. Perfect love. Just perfect love. You're making up all the stories. You're making up the story that you need that particular thing. Okay, you're asking for very little. You'll get it. You'll get the experience you're asking for. What you're asking for is the same habitual experience. It's like, it's like, oh, thank goodness. Oh, I just won 10 grand at the casino. Oh, thank goodness. I'm okay for a minute. Well, it just keeps on perpetuating like that until you're willing to receive the feeling of abundance now. Abundance, return to me. Right? Health, return to me. Vitality, return to me. You don't need to, uh you don't need to use anything to prop it up. Okay, let me give you some health stuff so you guys can take this with you. Um, don't worry about writing it down unless you like writing it down. It'll come back to you. All this stuff percolates, it does. So let's say you get the feeling you just ate something and you're stuffed. And now you're going. I shouldn't have eaten that. There's where you can bring back your power. Right there. No, it's not true that you even ate anything. There's no past. You ate in the past. I don't care if it was just a couple minutes ago, you stopped eating, or maybe you're still eating, apparently. You haven't eaten anything. You guys, this has been practiced. You have not eaten anything. The fullness you're projecting right now. You're giving yourself an illusion that you can make yourself feel this way in the world. You can't. You're projecting that right now, and the memory of the food is also projected right now, and it's just a habitual attempt to make you guilty. I did something to hurt myself. I ate too much. It's not true. How many people do that? I ate too much or I ate too little or I didn't eat enough. You know what I mean? It's like. So, so for me, when I was going through that, um, I was I was going through a period where I was doing a lot of kundalini yoga and uh hadn't I I hadn't had like the shift yet in my mind. But every night I was eating a lot of food. I was just like buzzing, buzzing. I could see myself just buzzing through stuff, and I could tell it was like some kind of nervous eating, some kind of emotional eating or something like that, right? So I knew intuitively at that point not to get judgmental about it. What is getting judgmental about that? Oh, I should be eating better. That's one thought. Tomorrow I'm gonna do it differently. And then you find yourself doing the same thing again, right? So I'm watching these thoughts. Here I am observing my unconscious mind. I'm watching these thoughts that are condemning the eating. I say, no, no, no, I'm not gonna look at it like that. I am going to embrace the eating, and I'm going to embrace any uh perceived consequences like gained weight or anything like that that comes off of all of this eating. And I'm gonna see what's going on behind the veil, right? And as I started to look, I started to notice a huge emotional energy that I wasn't aware of before and needed to be embraced, right? So so so this is really simple because everyone's eating food, and I'm pretty sure the guilt is really prevalent when it comes to food. You know, it might even be like for some of my friends, they subscribe to a particular diet and make other diets evil, actually evil, right? And they those those diets are hurting, are hurting people, or there's certain foods that you say are bad, but then you tend to find yourself eating them too. So no food can ever harm a body. It doesn't have any effect, good or bad. No good effects, no bad effects. It's all your mind. So in the moment when you would recognize that, you're changing everything for yourself. In the moment that you would just recognize that. And people go, gosh, if I don't have this, the uh these uh these structures, these boundaries to hold me, well, I don't know what I'm gonna do. I could eat 50 cheeseburgers in a day. I don't know how much I'm gonna do. Drugs, you could apply to drugs, you could apply it to alcohol, whatever you want. Whatever I seem to do, whatever I seem to do in the field, 100% helpful 100% of the time. And that's the same for each of you as well. Whatever you seem to do is 100% helpful. When you're recognizing that, you you know, you're not gonna feel like you could make any mistakes. Look at how much space you're gonna have in your mind. You're not gonna be thinking about stuff like that, right? It's like I don't have to be, I'm not in command here. I'm not in control, I'm in command. And and and being in command is saying, no, I'm not affected by any of this stuff. I can get seeming effects off of it, right? I can get I can drink some tequila and get kind of high off that stuff. Tried that last night, apparently. Right? But but it's it but it's coming from my mind, that's a thing. So I'm never giving power to things. I'm never giving power to the thing in the field as if it could do something to me. Right? I'm making all the effects, I'm even making the effects of high. I can sober up instantly if I need to. But the reason I'm having the tequila is so that I can make the high effects, right? So you keep them as long as as long as it's happening. So, yeah, just noticing that your body's not affected by anything you eat. You can make that uh your starting practice if you're just starting to unwind this kind of stuff. Um, another thing is to check in with your breath, because every thought pattern has a corresponding breath pattern. And anytime the breath isn't coming all the way and being diaphragmatic breathing, that's a sign right there that you're following a thought that's not true about yourself. You're justifying something you don't want. See? Until the contraction in the in the energy field, yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

You notice that you're not even breathing.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh, yeah. Yeah, I notice that a lot, you know, when I'm just talking to people. You know, sometimes I'll sometimes I'll let them know if they seem to be open. You know, when you're talking like that, you're not breathing. Right? It's like it's like people get involved in their stories, like this thing happened to me and it's so bad. And I'm victimized by this or worry or something like that. It's like, oh, it's okay. Nothing is uh, nothing's out of order here. Everything goes uh according to uh you say a plan of awakening. That's not saying it's predestined, uh, but it's written. You can say, uh you can say it is predestined to an extent. If everything plays out exactly as the ego's plan, that's written out. That's the future. That's why in the spirit world they can tell, uh, they can tell that uh some help is needed here with these beings on earth because they're projecting out way more time than they wanted to. So it's a shortened time. This shortens time, right? So there's a timeline that has a set future, like going from right now. If all of the uh ego's way, automatic knee-jerk way plays out, you could see this is how long it's gonna be. In the spirit world, you can see this is how long it's gonna be. It's way longer than we wanted or expected, because uh humanity started to lose ground, lose so much ground that it's just projecting so far. It's like this is not how long they wanted to play the game. So it's like we're calling in now this new um uh it's the information isn't really new, but it's our own opening to see the information, to recognize it now, so we can help with collapsing this, right? It takes willingness to not be fearful. And and that really, that that's really about just embracing anything that feels like an upset feeling. All upset feeling stems from fear, including anger, including concern, worry, all of it's fear, loneliness, sorrow, all those things. They're just popping up so that they can show us they have they have no reason in the world for popping up. There's no reason. And that, you know, that's really I gave you the food thing because that's really potent way to change your mind about how you're being affected. When you change your mind about how you're being affected, when you recognize you're the one who affects everything, things are gonna change for you rapidly. I mean, I have friends, I have friends that will will uh will get back with me like a week later and go, my life changed. Everything, I just realized, sh, I took this invitation and I jumped right off that cliff, and I just that was the end of having to of having to deal with the world. And I don't have to deal with the world anymore. Now I'm fully in command, right? And you know, if you recognize that you are in command, even when you don't seem like you're in command, because you always are, I'm in command, and this is the way I'm in command. This is the experience I'm making for myself right now, and I don't like it at all. Doesn't change the fact that I'm in command. But when I know that I'm in command, then the experience that I seem to not like becomes the greatest opportunity. See, when it came to the lava experience in 18, I'd been practicing for a while with all these little things. Uh-oh, you know, that's the that's that sorting out, that judgment, uh where judgment gets used correctly. It's like, is this real? No, it doesn't exist. Then it can't affect me. See? So when you're seeing the food doesn't affect your body, and let me give you like a good picture so you know why food doesn't affect your body. So you you know, back to this being a lot like a video game or a movie screen or something like that. On the screen, there's a body and there's food on the screen, on any screen. When the character eats the food on the screen, screen character eats screen food, it's not affecting anything. All of the effects are coming from the program. They're not coming from food being eaten on a screen. This is very much like a screen. See, a lot of people get into these ideas that the certain food is healthy. I seem to be one of them. I seem to have had a lot of research as far as like uh good food, bad food, which oils I like, and all this different kind of stuff, right? So when it seems like uh I seem to have a choice in the dream about which food, I tend to go for the stuff that seems to resonate with me. But there are certain times where I'll find myself eating that other food, you know, like let's say uh canola oil, right? Right? That's always giving me an opportunity because if I know it's got canola oil on it, I'm automatically denying effects of canola oil. There's no effects, it doesn't have any effects. Same thing with anything that seems to be have side effects, medication, vaccines, anything like that, anything that seems to have side effects, no effects. And don't give it to anyone else either, that they're getting affected by something. Their mind is always powerful. And they're even making themselves as dim as they want to be if they want to be dim. By dim, I mean they're just making the world real and they're making themselves into a victim of the world. But the light in you is the light of truth. It knows you know what you're doing. Underneath all the layers, you know very well what you're doing. One of my friends today on Facebook made the funniest comment. I just sat with it for like a half an hour, I think. I was just kind of like, wow, that's just sick. Uh he said, I did not consent to being circumcised as a baby, as an infant. You know, it's it says a lot because it's like I'm traumatized and I didn't consent to this. And this person is, I don't know, probably close to 60, apparently, at this at this point in time. And it's like, uh, you know, this the these people did something to me. These these persons did something to me. I'm not saying it's bad to have the conversation. It's all good. It's all totally good because it exposes what's going on, how we're making things real. These people did this thing to me, isn't that just it? People are doing things, and the and you know, I would be. Here's the ego story too. I would be so kind and saint like and Christ-like if these people didn't do all the shit to me. Right? I I could find it in my heart to be a Christ if I wasn't mutilated on my genitals when I was a little baby. Right? I mean, that's the kind of it that's the kind of insane sense that the ego makes. But you know, when when we see, okay, I made that like that so there would seem to be a challenge. It's challenging. It's meant to be like that. Right? We don't we're not familiar yet. We're getting way more familiar. It's gonna, it becomes way less challenging. Okay, I set it up like that so that right now, and there's only now, I can make a feeling like I've been violated. Like I like I've been mutilated and violated, and it was against my will. But when you see, man, everything, I consent to everything that seems to happen. And you're willing to see it like that, you have no reason to be victimized at all. And kids will stop getting circumcised, obviously, because it's painful. We don't need pain. It's not necessary. You don't need to do, you don't, you don't need to do stuff where we're hurting each other. That's just the that's just the ego's world. You have to hurt yourself, even you have to hurt yourself to be healthier. You're gonna have a healthier penis by cutting part of it off. It's as it's as if we have to pain ourselves in order to be healthy, right? That's not true. Same thing with working out, you guys.

SPEAKER_00:

No pain, no gain.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. Same same thing with working out. Uh we've been we've been told, because we wanted to be conditioned that way, that we have to do something hard to make gains. You have to do something hard. Uh oh, uh, you're out, oh, you're out of shape. You didn't work hard enough.

unknown:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

That's ridiculous. The only reason you're even getting a per a perception like you're out of shape is so that you can have that experience. It's not because of anything you did. It's not because you ate too many cookies, it's not because you didn't eat, you didn't work out enough. In fact, when you rid yourself of that ridiculous idea, you might find yourself apparently going into better shape. You know those stories that tell you, I don't know, I heard this from my parents growing up, Monday morning, we're gonna start on our regimen. But right now it's Saturday night. So see how many ding-dongs we can stuff down before we go into suffering mode, right? It's all suffering, though. That's what I see. That's all suffering. That that wasn't a that wasn't a good experience of eating the ding-dongs because you're eating your thoughts. You're not eating food, you're consuming thoughts. So food can be even be enjoyed so much more. You don't have to uh you don't have to make it as if it actually affects your body. It's the experience that's making these effects on the body. It's the way you're experiencing things that's making the effects. So you can experience everything that you eat as wholly nourishing because it's your thoughts. Not because the food has any power, but because of your thoughts. It's like, ah, it's uh it's a sensual experience. It's not meant to be uh, you know, counting macros. How many grams of protein am I getting there? Or just eating something, eating something that tastes like plastic because it has the right na uh nanos, whatever. Rice cakes.

SPEAKER_01:

Rice cakes taste like styrofoam. Right.

SPEAKER_02:

Or a protein thing, yeah, right? It's like, it's like, you know, it's meant to this life is meant to be experienced. So it's like, you know, this is a this is an interesting way that we did. We made food, like tasteless food, food that isn't enjoyable to eat, and that's supposedly good for you. I was only 17. I was in Costco, walking around Costco, right? And the whole vibe is all low fat at that time, right? You're supposed to not eat more than 10 grams of fat in a day. So I'm walking around Costco, they're giving me samples. I already blew the 10 grams of fat. I'm gonna get fat is the story. And and uh, and and why can't I just eat what I want, right? So it occurred to me, what if? What if is really powerful, you guys? What if? What if whatever I really enjoyed eating was totally good for me? That was the what if. The conditioning was heavy, I fought it a lot. It took me a little while, but you know, maybe, I don't know, maybe like 25 years or something. It took me to see it. And it went, and I, and I flash back to that time in Costco and go, wait a minute, I just blew that off, but that's actually true. So you can be enjoying. All right. Questions anyone? Anything crossing your mind?

SPEAKER_01:

How to play? What? Any kind of covered everything? Covered all the different ways.

SPEAKER_02:

I know there's more. All right. Yay. Well, thank you so much for joining. I really appreciate all of you. Thank you so much. Yay, I love you. So you can find my stuff on hopejohnson.org. This talk will be there. You'll be able to find it there. You're also, you know, Spotify, those all those guys. And you can link from my website. SPEAKER_03:

Yay!
