Deirdre Norris created It's A Blessing to be A Blessing out of Hagerstown, MD. Deirdre has made it her life's mission to feed the hungry including the homeless. Those who know her call her Mama Dee, and she has proven herself to be a true advocate for those in need. Her motto is, "people need to eat."
