She said it jokingly"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":276.84,"endTime":280.05,"body":"but I think she really felt that"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":276.84,"endTime":280.05,"body":"way. Over the years I applied"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":280.05,"endTime":282.54,"body":"for a number of different"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":280.05,"endTime":282.54,"body":"positions within my company and"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":282.54,"endTime":285.06,"body":"for whatever reason I would"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":282.54,"endTime":285.06,"body":"never even get a call back for"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":285.06,"endTime":287.85,"body":"an interview. Part of me feels"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":285.06,"endTime":287.85,"body":"like my boss was squashing those"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":287.85,"endTime":290.52,"body":"opportunities internally because"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":287.85,"endTime":290.52,"body":"she knew how tough would be to"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":290.52,"endTime":293.97,"body":"fill my shoes. Maybe I sound"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":290.52,"endTime":293.97,"body":"like I have a big ego but I"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":293.97,"endTime":296.1,"body":"really do find it hard to"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":293.97,"endTime":296.1,"body":"believe I never got called for"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":296.1,"endTime":298.89,"body":"any of those interviews.
