To really reinforce"},{"startTime":199.47,"endTime":202.77,"body":"kind of the cuisines we're doing"},{"startTime":199.47,"endTime":202.77,"body":"here using local ingredients."},{"startTime":203.43,"endTime":207.0,"body":"You know, one of the things we"},{"startTime":203.43,"endTime":207.0,"body":"talked about is, chefs, I think,"},{"startTime":207.0,"endTime":211.35,"body":"like to tinker and take on these"},{"startTime":207.0,"endTime":211.35,"body":"projects of their own. I've even"},{"startTime":211.35,"endTime":214.62,"body":"tried my hand at making my own"},{"startTime":211.35,"endTime":214.62,"body":"vinegar. These places can be"},{"startTime":265.41,"endTime":267.69,"body":"making their own vinegar when"},{"startTime":267.69,"endTime":270.87,"body":"they have a lot of stashes who"},{"startTime":267.69,"endTime":270.87,"body":"aren't getting paid to work or"},{"startTime":270.9,"endTime":272.58,"body":"they're under paying their"},{"startTime":270.9,"endTime":272.58,"body":"employees, but when you're"},{"startTime":272.58,"endTime":277.14,"body":"paying everyone $15 And up, can"},{"startTime":272.58,"endTime":277.14,"body":"you really afford to be making"},{"startTime":277.17,"endTime":279.96,"body":"vinegars and house? I don't"},{"startTime":277.17,"endTime":279.96,"body":"know. I'd love to hear your"},{"startTime":279.96,"endTime":282.69,"body":"thoughts on that.
