How did"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":321.84,"endTime":324.03,"body":"you get in the restaurant"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":321.84,"endTime":324.03,"body":"industry? You've got over 20"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":324.03,"endTime":327.15,"body":"plus years now, how did you get"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":324.03,"endTime":327.15,"body":"started? Did you always have an"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":327.15,"endTime":329.76,"body":"interest in food? Did you go to"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":327.15,"endTime":329.76,"body":"culinary school, what was your"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":329.76,"endTime":335.16,"body":"path like? So I got into it"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":336.42,"endTime":340.65,"body":"primarily as an as a need to"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":336.42,"endTime":340.65,"body":"make as a need to make money"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":340.92,"endTime":346.2,"body":"back in the day as as a waiter"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":340.92,"endTime":346.2,"body":"almost 20 years ago, because the"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":346.2,"endTime":348.66,"body":"money was good. And you know,"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":346.2,"endTime":348.66,"body":"all my friends were in"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":348.66,"endTime":353.07,"body":"university. And I was living"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":348.66,"endTime":353.07,"body":"with them. And, you know, I"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":353.07,"endTime":357.51,"body":"found that the best way for me"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":353.07,"endTime":357.51,"body":"to have a steady ish decent"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":357.51,"endTime":359.73,"body":"income was to be there was to"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":357.51,"endTime":359.73,"body":"work in the restaurant industry"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":359.73,"endTime":362.1,"body":"as a waiter. So you leave, you"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":359.73,"endTime":362.1,"body":"know, your work, you get paid"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":362.13,"endTime":364.92,"body":"basically nothing an hour, but"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":362.13,"endTime":364.92,"body":"you get to leave with cash over"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":364.92,"endTime":368.49,"body":"the other day, and for any 20"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":364.92,"endTime":368.49,"body":"year old. That's a great deal,"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":368.67,"endTime":371.04,"body":"especially 20 year olds living"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":368.67,"endTime":371.04,"body":"with college students. So"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":372.33,"endTime":376.71,"body":"I got into it that way. But the"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":372.33,"endTime":376.71,"body":"more I kind of worked in it at"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":376.71,"endTime":380.25,"body":"several different jobs over the"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":376.71,"endTime":380.25,"body":"years, I kind of grew to love it"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":380.25,"endTime":380.91,"body":"more and more."},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":382.14,"endTime":385.68,"body":"And I and I, I found that I had"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":382.14,"endTime":385.68,"body":"kind of a natural"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":386.79,"endTime":391.32,"body":"attraction to it. So I worked at"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":386.79,"endTime":391.32,"body":"many different in, you know, you"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":391.32,"endTime":393.96,"body":"said at the beginning of the"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":391.32,"endTime":393.96,"body":"show, in many different facets"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":393.96,"endTime":397.56,"body":"of the industry, looked at"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":393.96,"endTime":397.56,"body":"resorts and private restaurants,"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":397.56,"endTime":402.3,"body":"pubs, clubs, you name it.
