So a lot of that I"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":352.08,"endTime":355.62,"body":"did a lot of that. I worked at"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":352.08,"endTime":355.62,"body":"the convention center, where the"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":355.83,"endTime":360.33,"body":"kingdom yards I worked at the"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":355.83,"endTime":360.33,"body":"Science Center. And, you know, we had"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":395.1,"endTime":400.56,"body":"became good friends. And so she"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":400.59,"endTime":405.12,"body":"was moving from the job that she"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":400.59,"endTime":405.12,"body":"was there to become the director"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":405.12,"endTime":409.41,"body":"of the whole culinary school and"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":405.12,"endTime":409.41,"body":"Lincoln. Lincoln College of"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":409.41,"endTime":413.52,"body":"culinary arts, right. And so she"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":409.41,"endTime":413.52,"body":"asked me, she said, Hey, I think"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":413.52,"endTime":416.43,"body":"you would be a great instructor."},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":413.52,"endTime":416.43,"body":"Do you want to come? And so I"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":416.43,"endTime":423.3,"body":"said, I guess? Sure. So I"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":416.43,"endTime":423.3,"body":"started off as a shop assistant"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":423.3,"endTime":426.27,"body":"there. So I"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":451.02,"endTime":454.14,"body":"really didn't stay at a lot of"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":451.02,"endTime":454.14,"body":"places for long, I got what I"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":454.14,"endTime":457.11,"body":"needed. I made some"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":454.14,"endTime":457.11,"body":"relationships, and then I moved"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":457.11,"endTime":462.75,"body":"on. So my knowledge of food was"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":457.11,"endTime":462.75,"body":"was intense, and I had and still"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":462.75,"endTime":465.87,"body":"have a very good knowledge of"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":462.75,"endTime":465.87,"body":"food. So I just needed my"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":465.87,"endTime":467.16,"body":"degree. But I"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":467.16,"endTime":469.65,"body":"think being a"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":467.16,"endTime":469.65,"body":"teacher is hard. I mean, not"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":469.65,"endTime":471.84,"body":"everyone, just because they're"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":469.65,"endTime":471.84,"body":"going to craft is a good"},{"speaker":"Chris Spear","startTime":471.84,"endTime":475.86,"body":"teacher. So I kind of"},{"speaker":"April Dubose","startTime":499.83,"endTime":505.02,"body":"got it.
