And this was"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":330.27,"endTime":335.19,"body":"back in like the late 2000s,"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":330.27,"endTime":335.19,"body":"like 2008, nine, I was looking"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":335.19,"endTime":339.15,"body":"for a project to write my"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":335.19,"endTime":339.15,"body":"dissertation about. And one day,"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":339.18,"endTime":342.87,"body":"I happened to go to a lecture"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":339.18,"endTime":342.87,"body":"that Jose Andres was giving at"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":342.87,"endTime":347.01,"body":"Harvard, and he had office hours"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":342.87,"endTime":347.01,"body":"the day after. So I went to"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":347.01,"endTime":350.16,"body":"office hours, and I just asked"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":347.01,"endTime":350.16,"body":"him, you know, as a you talk"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":350.16,"endTime":352.86,"body":"about your innovation team, and"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":350.16,"endTime":352.86,"body":"you say, you know, he calls it"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":352.86,"endTime":356.19,"body":"Delta Force. And you say that"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":352.86,"endTime":356.19,"body":"it's so important to making your"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":356.19,"endTime":359.31,"body":"business successful and"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":356.19,"endTime":359.31,"body":"innovative.
