Known for his expertise in turning around "problem" properties, Carl has brokered over $1 billion in storage assets and is recognized as one of the industry's top sales and acquisitions specialists. Jason, who started his real estate career in 1997, developed an extensive database of self-storage properties while working with Carl and has specialized in self-storage brokerage, investment, syndication, management, and marketing. With over $1 billion in successful self-storage transactions under his belt, Jason is also recognized as an expert in the field.
