September is a special month in my book. For one, it's the gateway to Fall, my favorite season of all time. My second reason for loving this month, it's my mom's birth month. I lost my mom to cancer ten years ago and my mom would have been 63 this year. In her honor, I am featuring stories from a few awesome cancer survivors that I have met from my own journey with cancer. In this episode of The Brave Podcast, we get to hang out with another one of my favorite people, my friend Christa, "BadNBoujie" Van Wieringen. She is a Hodkins Lymphoma survivor going on almost 3 years(woot woot!). During our interview, she shares about her journey with Hodgkins, adventuring and embracing being fabulous despite having cancer .
