Today we’re discussing, I Want to See the Bright Lights Tonight, which is the second album released by Richard Thompson and the first with his wife, Linda Thompson. It was released in 1974. Although never commercially successful we discuss how it is now considered to be a masterpiece, containing the standout songs "When I Get to the Border", "The End of the Rainbow" and "I Want to See the Bright Lights Tonight".
