Kara Diane Festa was a highly successful owner of an engineering company. Working in a Man's world had its challenges and after a successful career in this field, Kara concluded that it was not fulfilling the different sides of her self. She embarked on a journey to find what was missing in her life and how to make her doing more consistent with her being. The process took several years and continues. But she found fulfillment and purpose and now is a coach, speaker and consultant helping women everywhere find a way of being successful without sacrificing important parts of themselves.
